I’ve eaten here a few times and haven’t had a bad experience until today, 11/9. The two people working around lunch time were so out of it and clearly didn’t want to be there. I order a new sandwich and wanted to make sure it didn’t come with something I wasn’t able to eat and the person got so annoyed I was asking what came on the sandwich.
I should have said something but honestly I just wanted to leave after watching the person slam the guacamole scoop into my chicken and put it right back into the container. As a person with dietary restrictions this made me want to vomit. I spent $9.14 on a 6 inch sandwich I couldn’t bring myself to eat.

Walked in to an empty restaurant and waited several minutes before disheveled and unkempt worker appeared. It was the very beginning of lunchtime, there was only one bread option, many missing toppings. We ended up leaving.

It’s clean it’s fresh it’s healthy. However it’s hell with all the building of the new Provo Housing Development it makes it real congested right there! The noise vegetarian from wanting to sit outside and eat because they keep building and building !

I came in and before I ordered the employee grabbed their device from their back pocket with gloves on, put it back in their pocket, then proceeded to make my sandwich with the same gloves on. I was pretty unsettled by this and I should have brought their attention to it, but didn’t. They already seemed like they were having a bad morning. I know this happens sometimes, and people don’t realize they did it, but I couldn’t bring myself to eat the sandwich, and risk getting sick from the germ fest that was on that device, that was then transferred to the food. Just change the gloves.

We said to put extra on all the veggies on our online order and this is what we get when we got home. This isn’t even satisfactory for just asking for a regular amount of veggies.

My wife and I wanted to get a sandwich for breakfast. We Googled this store’s hours and found that they opened at 8:00. We went there but they were still closed with no sign of opening soon, no employees in the store, lights off, everything. Now if this had been just after 8:00, that would be more understandable. However, this was 9:15. We gave them the benefit of a doubt, thinking that maybe the website and Google might have the time listed incorrectly. However, when we checked the hours posted on the door, they also said that opening time was 8:00. Not sure if they decided to open later due to lack of business and failed to update signage, or if the opening team just didn’t bother to show up. Either way, it was a waste of time to drive over there when we thought they’d be open, just to find out they weren’t.

I went in not knowing what I was wanting, but the employee there helped me by listing off his favorites and was trying to help find what was best suitable for me. It was a very nice atmosphere and the food was delicious! Overall amazing service and patience by the employee Moe! I would recommend him if you are wanting help!
