I had an excellent experience with **Subway** when placing a large order for 15 footlong subs and two topping platters. Zane, the manager, followed up promptly, answered my questions, honored special requests (extra wrappers and tax-exempt), and had everything ready right on time. The sandwiches were perfectly made, neatly wrapped, and a huge hit. Outstanding service—I’ll definitely be using this location again. Thanks, Zane!

The subway had less workers as it was a Friday night around closing. The workers worked quickly to get me out the door. I was helped by a worker named Britney. She was very kind and helpful. I will be eating here again.

They have a blond guy employee with glasses and long hair who is very rude to Latinos and extremely racist. I was there two Tuesdays ago and he was rude. I told him I didn’t want lettuce and tomato on my sandwich, and he put it on anyway and told me to take it off if I didn’t like it. A person like that shouldn’t be part of a good franchise like Subway.

I have gone to this Subway at least TWICE now after 9:00 am to get breakfast while my car was being repaired next door and it was crickets, even though it says on the front door that they open at 8:00 am. The doors were locked and zero sign of any personnel. And there are really no other places within walking distance where you can have a sit-down meal. Very frustrating!!! I am led to assume that this Subway is under VERY poor management.

Every time I’ve been in the employees are very friendly and my sandwich is always great!!! The staff is great about adding extra pickles for me! I’ve never had a bad experience ordering in person or online for pick ups at this location.

Walked in ready to order my sandwich, 50 mins before closing time. Employee said they were out of most vegetables (which were all the main ones for example: lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, spinach) but the containers the veggies are in were gone. Pretty sure the employees had just put the veggies away trying to prepare for closing. We left to go to a different subway because they were being stingy and trying to close and not have customers. Teach your employees that you can’t put away food until it is closed.

Don’t plan on using any gift cards or coupons here they got a “new system” which apparently reverted them back to the 1900’s so they can no longer scan anything. Super frustrated.

I really want to like this location, the first time I went they loaded my sandwich up, didn’t skimp on anything. But each time I’ve gone since, I’ve asked for double meat, and they just forget to do double meat. They always remember to charge me for it though, despite a light sandwich with maybe 30 or 40% more meat than a regular sub.
This last time, I had a huge piece of chewy steak fat (at least I hope it was just that) that took up more than the extra “double” meat, leaving me with less than a regular sub once subtracted. I know what true double meat looks like and I know how they skimp on it while still technically being within range of “double meat”, I’ve seen them do it in person. They fluff up the stuff they’re putting into that little container so there’s a sort of structure with a bunch of empty space. Next time I’m making them weigh it. Nah I’m kidding… there won’t be a next time. Go to Jersey Mike’s.

Two female workers had attitude and rolled eyes when I asked them to correct my sandwich they messed up. I politely told them to fix their attitude that’s no way to treat customers especially if you want them returning. They continued to roll their eyes and give attitude with under minded comments. One is a very oversized, no chin brunette. The other short,fl flat, boring blond. Highly recommend driving the extra distance for a better store.

Waste of time and money
Guys (employees) acted snobby, they were busy having their own personal chat, while supposedly “working” But their full attention wasn’t in the ones that pay their paycheck “i.e. the Customer,” which is absolutely wrong!! So of course the product came out in whichever way With an attitude of “oops! Suck it up and deal with that!!”
Ordered my sub toasted to go, and I got a nasty soggy, doughy mess!! Spilling juices all over, of I don’t know of what, because I NEVER requested a dressing!!! Yuck!!
First and last time!!!
