The worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere..
11:40am my partner and I arrived at Subway on Riverdale Road and it was completely empty, we were the only customers.
When we arrived there were two employees, one disappeared to the back and left the only other employee to make two sandwiches.
Sunday’s sandwich was meatball and they didn’t even have it.
It took the kid 10+ minutes to make two sandwiches.. The whole time they never once made eye contact and they continually stared out the window. It was painfully awkward!
The veggies were also very poor and should have been thrown out, not used on paying customers sandwiches..
The entire interaction with the employee was uncomfortable and they really showed they hated their job.
After providing payment I went to wash my hands and there was no paper towels.
My partner and I checked every single table for a clean one to no avail, the place was filthy! Mind you, it’s almost noon and completely dead.
Every table was dirty, the chips were poorly stocked, the lid station was terribly mismanaged, the soda area was a disaster with sticky soda stains and a leaky ice machine with electrical cords sitting in standing water!

The second employee finally emerged from the back to go to the bathroom, after which both employees sat at the table behind us and started watching videos on their phones!

After eating I went back to the restroom to wash my hands and even though an employee had used the bathroom recently, there were still no paper towels and there was trash on the floor!
The entire time we only ever saw two teenagers working, never once did we see a manager or an adult.

I managed to take photos of the whole store and the two employees never even noticed, I even got pictures of them actively neglecting their jobs.
Needless to say, my partner and I will not be visiting this location anytime soon.

Terrible! The second you walk in you can see (and step!) on the sticky floors, crumbs and napkins on the floors, tables and chairs! No chips, cookies, sodas or ice was stocked up. And the two girls who were there let two friends come in and were talking loudly and obnoxiously.

I ordered on the app. I ordered a Footlong BLT with mayo, light lettuce and extra bacon. And a MexiCali footlong with banana peppers and light lettuce. After driving 15 minutes back home. I find out that I received a sandwich with bacon, tomato, banana peppers, onions and chipotle sauce. And a MexiCali with zero lettuce and zero avocado. I called the store back to be told by the employee who answered that the only way I could get a refund would be to call the next morning and speak with a manager as both employees currently working were on their first day. What manager leaves two first day employees in a store alone with minimal training?! This is embarrassing. I have ordered on the app many times and at many different locations and have never been so disappointed. Guess I’ll have to wait and see what happens. Hopefully the manager is there tomorrow. Worst Subway experience ever.

I bought the teriyaki chicken sandwich today. After first bite I figured out the chicken is fake meat. I think It makes from flour. Not real chicken .

We walked in at 9:15 pm. (verified with photo), staff said they could not help us as there were 3 of us and it would take too long and they close at 9:30. That gives 15 minutes to make 3 sandwiches. We commented that they close at 9:30 and they again said it would take too long. At no time did they even ask what we wanted. The guy in the gray shirt refused to give us his name when asked then suddenly started saying if we got 6 inch subs it probably wouldn’t take too long. 2 other girls walked in about 9:17pm and were refused as well. The 2 employees were helping a customer with a single sandwich when we walked in, so it was not a situation where they had all the food put away or were making a large order. This was 2 people who did not want to serve paying customers.

We left another Subway with my grandson where we couldn’t get helped and came into this store, and it was awesome, super friendly, and so helpful. My grandson does not try new foods, and he totally ate a deconstructed BLT. I was so happy they were so patient and helpful and made sure none of his food touched any other food a totally positive experience, and that is so rare for him. I totally want to thank them. The food was great, but the customer service was above and beyond. Thank you so much ♥️

Worst subway I’ve ever been to. The one guy working was not welcoming and while building our sandwiches just kept saying “what do you want?”. They put less meat on than usual. Were out of some things. And the veggies that were in the bins looked so sad and gross. The spinach was days past being okay, so slimey. The guy gave a teeny tiny bit of avocado, not even enough to spread over the bread. The soda machine didn’t have any ice in it (the worker said so) and the soda was flat…. I ordered my usual and the sandwiches turned out so flat and thin, they were so skimpy, it was mostly just bread. This place should be shut down.

Where do I begin!? First I was greeted as i walked in by a gentleman named James, the guy was super upbeat and answered any questions I had about deals or sandwich options! He even allowed me extra time to decide what I wanted. He then started my sandwich and after he passed it onto the next gentleman Angel, Angel was very soft spoken but was kind to me and allowed me to pick and choose as I pleased carrying a conversation with me and even listening to me rant about my day! Then out of nowhere Kyson comes walking in and was super quick to help me decide on my drink order whether I wanted a large or what soda to choose. These three made my night and gave me some good laughs. I highly recommend their services and recommend they get a raise!!

I have had subway SO many times and it had tasted good and fresh, but this time when I ordered my usual, the chicken was FAKE. When I used to order subway, the chicken was always real so I don’t know what the problem is with subway now. It was made of like a mixture of chicken with some weird things. Not to mention the Footlong was dry and hard, NOT crispy on the outside or soft on the inside. It was literally stall. After this experience I will not be returning to subway anymore.
