This is a breath of “Fresh” air. I’ve seen a subway or two but this one, I tell ya, it’s a really well run and clean “faster” food joint. I would rather they took their time and did it right anyways so that’s good. I wouldn’t order online Subway so take your chances there but the food was FRESH! Everyone was so pleasant I almost forgot I was at a truck stop. The localised motif wasn’t bad either.

The Empolyee Ben took 10-15 minutes to get up to the counter after being called over the intercom 3 times by love employees and was pretty rude when he was helping us. He seemed in a hurry to get us gone and put my meat and cheese down the middle fold of my bread and put a small amount of my toppings on. Wonderful Subway. Inside a Love’s Travel Stop. Very clean with friendly employees. Had the Turkey Breast and Swiss on Italian Herb & Cheese bread. Fresh bread with quality veggies. Flavor explosion in my mouth. Should have got the footlong.

My daughter and I go into Loves almost every day. Yesterday we happened to go into Subway. We were greeted by Jessico O with a friendly smile and exceptional service. My daughter has Autism and Jessica O. was very patient and listened to what she wanted on her sandwich. I was very impressed and happy with the great service we received. Keep up the good work!!

Upon entering the store ,I was met by a young woman named “Vanessa” who had literally one of the worst attitudes as she walked past me and rolled her eyes. I didn’t think anything of it ,until her coworker also was walking around the back of the store and did not greet me at all. She looked over at me and also rolled her eyes,then proceeded to push some food she had to restock out front. The theme of the day it seemed was to be irritated at work. She quoted me 20 minutes to heat the meatballs…which I didn’t want to wait because both of their attitudes were completely garbage. As I left Vanessa decided to purposely walk into me…which is not a smart move. I came back to purchase something small and get her name…while I was doing that,I was explaining to the other woman at the cash register what happened. She didn’t care at all ..I didn’t get a apology or anything. Instead what I got was this grown woman giggling at what happened. This location needs to start the hiring process over, it use to be a great place to come with great staff, now you just have a bunch of people here who would rather not be on the clock at all, which makes this particular location look bad unfortunately! Definitely not a good location to spend your money or time.
