I didn’t catch his name but the Hispanic kid working there didn’t acknowledge us for 10 MINUTES STRAIGHT he was too occupied making an online order mind you it took him 10 minutes to make one sandwich. After he was done he finally asked us if were ready which of course I had to laugh like obviously we’re ready we’ve been waiting for 10 minutes. As he’s making our sandwhich he’s just weird the whole time and not listening to us. We had to tell him multiple times what we wanted. I don’t know if this is his first job but he has a lot of customer service skills to work on. Very bad look on the store in my opinion. I doubt I’ll be back if he’s still there.

We walked in and weren’t acknowledged for 5-10 minutes while the kid working was focused on Mobile orders. He had AirPods in. He didn’t ask any questions and toasted a sandwich without even asking. Terrible customer service.

Order a sandwich on the app to get a deal. They went skimpy on pretty much everything, especially what I asked for extra of. I tried to ask the lady working there to help direct the toppings, but there was a language barrier. I ordered extra lettuce and olives and you can see from the picture that it was anything but that. The taste wasn’t good either. Disappointing experience.

Went to this Subway and the sandwiches were awful. The bread was SO stale (literally crumbled in my hands), the tomato tasted and smelled bad along with the cucumber. Do not recommend this location.

Been here twice in last 2 months. Very friendly service with lots of patience.
Today went there to order 3 Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki footlongs loaded with ALL the toppings, pretty decent dinner for 6 people ^_^
Today the “Sandwich Artist” was a young lady who prepared all my sandwiches with a smile, and even gave me extra jalapeños separately when I asked. At the end when I went to pay for my sandwiches I was surprised to see she changed me for only 2 subs…then she explained that they have a deal going on of “Buy 2 Footlongs, Get One Free”…not bad, not bad at all!!
I will definitely go back for more.

The lettuce was brown. I politely asked the server if they could change the lettuce to a newer green packet of lettuce. The server rudely said she would not. So we left. No apology no nothing. Love Subway. Very unhappy with the staff and this location.

Don’t go to this subway unless you just want to eat bread. I ordered a footlong BLT. I had to keep saying “more, more, more” for olives and then lettuce. They would put a tiny bit more, then told me they couldn’t put anymore. I said I would pay extra and they still wouldn’t. See photo below. It’s basically bread, cheese and bacon. Whoever owns this location, you might want to teach your employees how to maximize profit and retain customers, rather than deter customers from coming to your store.

Patricia was very nice and professional, but her coworker who was a guy, came to help but only put one glove on, seemed to be in a hurry and was not a customer service person which I find rude. I’ve worked at subway many years ago, and that behavior and one glove action would be unacceptable. I will not go to this subway again, if he can be unsanitary with one glove off what else can be unsanitary in the back with no customer observation!
