I would like to report an issue regarding unauthorized tips added to my transactions. During five separate visits, a night shift employee (guy) added tips to my card without my permission.
Please review all transactions made during the night shifts on the dates I visited and check the charges associated with my card. This happened five times, and I did not approve any of those tips.
I am requesting a full investigation and a refund for the unauthorized tip amounts. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I ordered online and my wrap came super soggy and had barely any ingredients in it, it was also cracking down the middle (due to using a stale tortilla) When I tried to contact the store they answered the phones and said literally nothing to avoid communication. This location needs some serious retraining. Don’t order from here unless it’s absolutely last resort. Even then it would only disappoint. All my money wasted and I didn’t even get to eat.

Upon arriving at the Subway location to purchase a sandwich, I was met with an unsatisfactory experience. Despite a recent back injury that prevents me from preparing my own meal, I was turned away by an employee who was prioritizing their lunch break, even when another employee is working the counter. I recognize this as a clear example of poor customer service. Consequently, I understand the basis for the establishment’s low ratings. I recommend a review of staffing practices to ensure employees are committed to providing service and earning their wages.

The last three times I’ve ordered on the app, I’ve picked up sandwiches that are missing ingredients and there’s hardly any of the other ingredients on it. I’ve never had sandwiches with this little of filler. I won’t be using this location ever again.

To whoever was just working before 2am on September 16th was the best and sweetest costumer service I’ve ever had. She smiled and welcomed me even when it was so late and was just so amazing and attentive to what I was ordering. Above and beyond employee!!

I have placed a mobile order for tonight and it is supposed to be ready by 9:45 pm and it’s not even flipping ready. I have a pregnant wife that is hungry and I am hungry after working a 10-11 hr shift. And I expect it to be done by then they need to re train her or someone tell her to get off her butt. My food isn’t flipping hot and not toasted

Gave me the complete wrong sandwich and refused to correct it when I tried to point it out! There’s no mayo no mustard no avocado smear no bacon….. I’m absolutely infuriated with the service I received it’s very clearly on my receipt and they didn’t give me any of it
