Went through the drive thru tonight and ordered an 8 piece meal. Paid $37-ish for 8 pieces of chicken, 2 large sides and biscuits. Got home and pulled this out of the bag. My 2 “Large” sides are barely half full! For $37 you’d think they could manage to actually fill what is supposed to be large side dishes. I mean, seriously!

They were such good workers so polite . Very friendly staff took our order for our food that had gotten messed up last week . It was refreshing to be treated like customers an not criminals. We are regulars for the fact they haven’t lost their customer service it’s a positive thing in a darker world just a bit of kindness an consideration . Thank you KFC Staff.

Bailey. What in the world is wrong with this worker. I simply went in for a Famous bowl, and got not only the worst customer service, but a finger through the window. If this don’t stop, a customer will be lost, I will give kfc one more chance. But that was ridiculous, and I am unfortunately upset about the reality of that worker that you guys hired. This was, by far, the best KFC I’ve ever been to. I visited on a Saturday at around 11am.
Upon walking into the restaurant, there didn’t seem to be anyone attending to the front cash registers. Though that wasn’t an issue because as I turned around, there were 2 self-serve kiosks to use to place my order. Another person entered and attempted to order at the registers as well, but then ended up using the kiosk. I think a small sign to inform customers that they can order themselves using the machines would be helpful and less confusing.
After placing my order at the kiosk, I sat at one of the booths. The seating, floors, and decor were immaculate and inviting. I expected my name to be called when my order was up, but the employee ended up just announcing my order instead of saying my name, so that was a bit confusing as well, but thankfully, there wasn’t that many people there.
I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and fries. The chicken was juicy, crispy, and flavorful, and the fries were the tastiest I’ve had. One of the best fast food meals I’ve ever had! I’ll definitely be back to this location.

Went through the drive thru late at night and was greeted with the sweetest person ever! For being an hour to close I was pleasantly surprised. Both the person who took my order and the one who cashed me out were pleasant. Food was good too, again the service was just outstanding considering the late night.

Great chicken sandwiches at an affordable price. Fries great and the dr pepper topped it off (good deal during happy hour). Quality is just as good or better than all the other chicken joints in the neighborhood. The best!

Got told 2 1/2 hours before they close that they weren’t making any more chicken and that they couldn’t give me what I had ordered. didn’t make a lot of sense that they were no longer making food 2 1/2 hours before they closed. The lady was like sorry I closed in a couple hours we’re not making any more chicken I had ordered extra crispy she said they had none to give and was not willing to make any more pretty sure when you’re open you should be serving people what they order until they close not very good service not real happy that I didn’t get what I ordered.
Just got home and discovered the chicken is soggy and mushy. No skin on the drumsticks and part of the thighs. Absolutely gross
