I was given excellent and considerate serivce, with pleasant small talk and an incredible and positive attitude. The employee who served me was named Cene and made the incredibly short wait as enjoyable as possible. She is what all retail employees should strive to be like and I would choose this location over any other on any day of the week.

I went in yesterday night to pick up some dinner for myself. I go here frequently. Cine was my sandwich artist yesterday, I’ve never seen her before, and she was AMAZING! She was smiling, really friendly, made my sandwich beautifully, and really brightened up my day! They need more Cine’s and less workers like Adam. I love subway, and Cine really represents the brand, but Adam is usually is my artist and, to be honest, he seems unhappy or depressed, has no urgency, and makes messy subs. I honestly/personally would give all of Adam’s shifts to Cine because the atmosphere is so much lighter and friendly when she is around. Cine definitely deserves a promotion, or at the very least, deserves all of Adam’s shifts.

I placed an online order for a toasted B.L.T. because I was taking advantage of a special available in the app. When I arrived, Adam was preparing my sandwich. It didn’t look toasted, so I asked him to confirm. He grumpily assured me it was. However, when I got home, the sandwich was only briefly toasted—my bacon was cold and resembled the unheated bacon from the bin, and the bread remained soft. Adam’s attitude was rude, and he clearly seemed to dislike working there. My advice to him is this: if he doesn’t enjoy his job at Subway, he should find something that suits him better, so that no other customers have a negative experience due to his attitude.

The employee working there Adam made my sandwich with old gloves that had crusty sauce or something on them, slapped my sandwich together messily without paying attention to what I asked for specifically while taking so long that my hot sandwich got cold and tasted gross then when cutting the sandwich cut it lopsided at an odd angle tearing the bread before wrapping it so poorly that some of the sandwich stuck out of the wrap. The tables in the whole place were absolutely filthy the trash was overfull even the sandwich counter where the sandwiches were made was covered in food refuse. To make the matter worse I saw him pick scraps off the counter, eat them then go to prepare someone else’s food with the same gloves on.

Order two footlongs. Had to repeat ourselves multiple times during the ordering process, the ingredients in the sandwich were not dispersed evenly, he did not change gloves between making sandwiches, the meats in our toasted sandwiches were still cold.

DO NOT GO HERE! DISGUSTING!! Went in to get my sub, the employee Adam was disgusting. His breath reeks, he forgot to put on gloves until halfway through my sandwich and then sneezed into the glove! Needless to say I left without getting my sub. I will be avoiding it until, forever! Go to Jersey Mike’s instead.
