We frequently order from Subway. The food is usually great, but we’ve occasionally had too many veggies, hard bread, or unread instructions. Having more staff on the holidays would help reduce long waits and staff stress as well. Overall, good take out option

I… really hate leaving an imperfect review of a subway. I usually really love subway, but this time it was different. The workers were fine… they just seemed pretty grumpy like they were having a bad day. Fast food employees have it pretty rough so i mean i try to understand. Got eye-rolled at when I asked for my sandwich toasted. The sandwich wasn’t even warm though, maybe the toaster was having issues? The cheese wasn’t melted and the meat was cold in the middle. I don’t know, overall it was just a sub-par experience. Stop by if you need food, just be aware it may not be as good as you’re hoping. If the workers see this, I hope this new year treats you guys better than the last! You deserve it.

Food was decent, but the customer service was just awful. They kept taking online orders and asking us to “wait just a moment” while they made the online orders. The staff was goofing off and bantering back and forth, which is fun to see at first, but when it gets in the way of serving customers, it’s a problem. When we finally got to the end, the teenager running the cash register waited until after I paid to tell me about a promotion that would have made my order cost about 50% less.

Alyssa makes a great sandwich. Friendly, efficient, and she keeps the food prep area very tidy. I’d gladly come back to this location.

Got food poisoning here!!! Worst food poisoning I’ve ever had. Missed work and couldn’t stop going to the bathroom for over 24 hours. Warning others in case they grab something here you will regret it! Beware stay away!

Love eating fresh sandwiches here. The customer quickness they have is a great A+. I’ve been at other subways, and they aren’t so quick and usually only have 1 person working, which sucks, if u have more than 4 people in the line. Clean and friendly place.

Had a $21 order. Handed the lady at the window a $10 gift card and my debit card to pay what the gift card wouldn’t. She handed both cards back after payment, I tossed the gift card like one does after draining the money off them. Checked my bank statement the next day and found they had charged the full amount to my debit card and none to the gift card and hadn’t let me know. Went in a few days later to tell them and ask them to give me another gift card and had to explain the situation 5 times, and i still don’t think they understood what they had done wrong. They did end up replacing the gift card but just glared at me, no apology either. Terrible customer service and no clue how to process a payment anymore complicated than just handing them a credit card.

Slow service. Ran out of pita bread. Biggest issue: taste was off. I get the same sandwich each Subway visit (BMT) and this one didn’t taste like a Subway BMT. Conversely, also stopped at the Subway in Roosevelt and was in and out in 5 min. Next time I’m this way, Roosevelt location ftw.
