The staff here are the worst. They’re rude and not well trained. I came in and explained I had a localfluence coupon for a buy one get one free sub sandwich, after they made my food they refused to accept my coupon (despite the fact that it clearly states on their glass case right in front of me “localfluence accepted here”) and claimed that because the coupon didn’t have a QR code, they could take it. They were extremely rude to me about it too. They lost my business permanently.

They’re quick to start and finish your order. I used to be a manager of several subways. I haven’t eaten here for years. There bread was super fresh and there veggies. They did a great job. They took care of everyone quickly as they had to go and drive threw also. The store was clean and nice also.

The employee here speaks perfect English, and she is very rigorous about it (even more than my college philosophy professor). So if your first language is not English, you might get picked at here. Make sure you speak English with perfect American accent before you step in. Be prepared 🙂
