It’s been years since I have had a subway sandwich. Decided it sounded good so got a club 6 inch. Was disappointed in the spinach and lettuce, they both looked wilted and old. Was able to get them to pick through for some good spinach. The way they built the sandwich when it was folded over put the meat folded over and not all the way to the edge so I was getting bites with just veggies. But overall it was tasty and I appreciated the bacon vs the roast beef. The place looked clean and fairly newly renovated. Will come back sooner than a few years.

On the way to a concert decide to grab subway…..we had NO idea 2 sandwiches took 15 minutes to make, and there was a line of people infrint and behind up. Employees had NO drive or care, they were so slow and we had to repeat ourselves over and over.

This subway is one of the best in terms of efficiency—the workers are great, but tonight one shone above the rest: Alex
He went above and beyond—and tonight he was working alone. He juggled multiple orders VERY efficiently and was polite and professional to the myriad customers who flocked the store during the ten minutes I was there. Online orders, too.
I wish I could hire a dozen Alex for my own team—great job hiring this guy!

Listen I understand I’m at Subway, the bar is not that high. But the woman working today needed to take a breath. I was the only customer, waited at least 5 minutes while she made several other sandwiches for online orders. Fine I can wait, but when she did get to me, she acted like making my sandwich was the biggest inconvenience. Literally threw vegetables on there and when I asked for something they were out of, yelled at me. I probably should have just left but the sandwich was made at that point and I’m not one to waste food.

The lettuce on my sandwich had some brown on it and was wilted. Cucumber was stale too. Other ingredients seemed OK but… YOU can’t serve lettuce on the brink of going bad. It can make people sick!. The owner/manager needs to take the loss on expired produce. Better than a lawsuit, right?

Edit: I had one of the most glorious subs here the other day. Served by a woman. I try not to be one for stereotypes, but the 2 best Subway subs I had, were served up by women. The ones by men always seem to be terrible. (The most rancid and awful Subway sub I had at a gas station was served by a man.)
Original: The ingredients in my footlong (remember when they were $5 not too long ago???) were fresh and the service was whatever, but the amount of ingredients was very sparse. Talk about Shrinkflation!! ALSO, they didn’t toast my sandwich! Super disappointing. Was hoping for something more filling at $10….

I tried to place an order online with the app and the site, if youve ever tried that you’ll know how horribe that is. It doesn’t work. So then I went into the store thinking I could just order what I was going to get online but I was told that they couldn’t use my coupon FTL1299 in store. Needless to say that is BS. Get it together subway…. Jesus.

I wish I would’ve gotten the girls name who helped us today but she had dark red dyed hair and it was in a ponytail. She was super nice super efficient and I’ve never had better sandwiches made. She deserves a raise for sure she is hustling!!

This is the 2nd time now I’ve gone to this location during their store hours and the door is locked. It probably seems like no big deal to them but it really sucks to go out of your way to grab subway before work and it’s closed. Super frustrating
