I ordered from this branch twice. The first time, the sandwich was mostly vegetables with little bits chicken. I ordered the same thing again and got the same thing. I spoke to the employee, and he said he puts two scoops of chicken in it, which is not true because I ordered the sandwich with chicken online is the reason that I order online and there is no trustworthiness

I have maybe written 5 google reviews in my life and I am going out of my way to write this just to emphasise how good of a subway this is. I have been eating at this subway for at least 12 years and had zero issues, the customer service is always on point and the food is good. The young guy they have in there now is especially good at customer service. I suspect this location will be even better after the remodel is complete.

Very friendly, organized & clean. They have updated the restaurant it’s a lot brighter.
I use to get the Chicken Teriyaki on Flatbread but now I do the protein bowl. I always like being able to choice my toppings because what I want changes depending on how I feel that day. I always look forward to my next visit.

If I could give negative stars there would be 100- first the man gave me the wrong order then he accused me of lying about my order. He hung up on me with no resolution. I then went back to the Milford subway and he screamed at me again and acted like he was going to make my sandwich but he wanted the other one back. I had already thrown it away and he told me to leave the store and they didn’t want my business. I am a server and it’s the worst experience I’ve ever had. Never going back. He called me a lair, refused to give back my money or make a new sandwich, and threatened to call the cops. I said go right ahead!! They are extremely rude and the guy never changed his gloves!! NASTY

Ewww. Literally had to ask the man working to change his gloves. He left the sandwich he was making to ring someone out & was using the cash register and returned to the food and was going to start touching the food. I had to ask him to please remove his gloves as they touched non food items. As I was leaving the store he rang me out and immediately touched food again. He seems to think gloves are to protect his hands and touch everything vs to prevent cross contamination & food borne illnesses. Do not recommend
