Timothy made our sandwiches and we ordered through the drive thru. He was super professional and it was nice to hear a friendly voice over the intercom. Our subway location in Taylorsville always messes up our order. Centerville location got our order right and food was super tasty. Worth the trip and every penny to drive out here to get your sandwiches made correct and with friendly service. We definitely will be back soon.

Hands down one of the best Subway experiences I’ve had!
Stopped by the Subway on 282 W Parrish Ln in Centerville, and I HAVE to give a huge shout-out to Mandy. This woman was an absolute breath of fresh air. She was so sweet, so friendly, and you could tell she genuinely wanted to make sure we got exactly what we wanted.
She made our sandwiches perfectly and did it all with this happy, uplifting energy that totally made our day. Good customer service is rare anymore, but Mandy nailed it.
We’ll definitely be back — thank you, girl, for being such a bright spot today!

Ordered on app, was supposed to be ready by 1:20 PM. Went to the store and waited an additional 15 minutes to get the sandwiches. There was only one other customer in line on my arrival.
They made the sandwiches and I got my drink. No ice in the ice dispenser. Got home and there’s literally no meat on my subway club sandwich. Just the toppings.
This is the most insane lack of care I’ve witnessed in a long time anywhere.

Went through the drive-thru today and ordered a subway club. The service was quick and good. My sandwich was fresh and exactly as ordered. Timothy was very friendly and confirmed my order selections. Will return to this Centerville location.

I came in and was greeted by Timothy who was handling the whole store on his own. He gave me a delicious sandwich and excellent conversation while I ordered my meal. I chose the Centerville location over all the other subway locations!

This place just gets worse and worse. Tried to order today and they are out of chicken , steak, ham , etc. Anything i tried to order I was told they were out. So why be open ? If you cant make a simple sandwhich why are you open ? Its ridiculous. Im done trying to eat here. The workers are insanely rude not just to the customer but to each other. My order is always wrong. A guy argued that banana peppers were bell peppers. Like come on dude. He still put banana peppers on my food even after I said im allergic and told me to just pick then off later. I made a formal complaint and they didnt care. If management doesnt care and the owner doesnt care then I don’t care to give them my business nor money.
Worst experience ever. Ordered a blt and a salad. Both were made wrong and absolutely horrible. There were items in my salad that I’m allergic to and didnt ask for , sandwich was barely cut and items were just placed on top to the point the entire thing was mush. Tried to call in and they picked up the phone , I could hear them in the background and they hung up on me. What horrible service , horrible food and now I have to leave work and rush home to my epi-pen. Not only that but we also wasted $25. On food we cant even eat. Tried to call and get a solution but even the manager cant be bothered. Worst service and experience ever. We wont ever be back.

It’s been YEARS since I’ve been to Subway – eating here today will change that. Timothy got my sandwich started and finished so fast and was so easy to work with. Very professional and courteous. When I come back, I hope he’s the one to help me!
