I am so glad I was introduced to Einstein Bros. The staff were welcoming and the space was bright and energetic.
Upon arrival, they offered a sample of their blueberry muffin which was OUTSTANDING. So much that I decided to take one home.
For breakfast, I enjoyed a lox sandwich. I selected the jalapeno cheddar bagel and appreciated the spice kick it added to the smokiness of the lox.
For an even better experience, on my next visit, I will request a toasted bagel to give some warmth to the sandwich and might even want to add egg and arugula. These additions will turn a good experience to excellent!!!

We ordered Bacon egg and cheese bagel and Turkey sausage bagel. The bagels are the best part of the sandwich, in my opinion. The bacon bagel was okay; I should’ve opted for one egg instead of two. I did enjoy the Turkey sausage but should’ve chosen a different cheese; cheddar didn’t make my sandwich better. Overall, Einstein Bros have great bagels and a quick spot to grab a healthier breakfast, if that’s what you’re looking for

Grand opening was very nice, the free bagel and shmear for a year promotion definitely got me in the door! I very much liked the Brueggers Bagels that was here prior, but I’m glad to say Einstein Bros picks up the reigns seamlessly and I’m happy to see Marcus and all his same employees back at it. 5 ⭐️!

Tried them for the first time since they switched. Has nothing to do with the staff but a bagel is not bread! This is what you are selling, soft bagels. They everything bagel has a strange taste, and little to no cream cheese on one. Your Bruegger’s bagel brand is better.

Accept this as a review of the food and not a criticism of people. The regular bagels were dry and not tasty, they look like something you would get from a school lunch room and not what you would expect from a specialty bagel shop which charges a premium for their bagels.
The premium bagels are where the taste is not just in the topping but the dough seems different too. They charge 80 cents more for them so maybe that is the business model, but they are so flat. If I want flat I will have a slice of bread.
I wish Bruegger’s Bagels, owned by the same parent company as Einstein Bagels, did not leave, they were so much better even with their non-premium bagels.
One vote for bringing back good bagels! I’ll pay the price if the bagel is good.
For now I will seek out independent options, or even grocery store bagels. Thanks!

The employees are nice and the restaurant is clean. The food is pretty bland. The bagels are too soft, and they barely toast them. There are only about 5 cream cheeses to choose from. The drink selection is paltry too. It’s worse than the Bruegger’s it replaced. Maybe I’m just spoiled by Marx Bagels.

If I could give negative stars I would. My friend came in on our lunch break today and after telling the woman that took her order to “have a good day”, the lady told her to “have a bad one”. This is incredibly rude and not how a business should be conducted. Definitely not okay.
