I came in right before lunch and got two foot longs. Soon the store got very busy and the employees and manager worked hard to take care of everyone….and they did it with a good attitude. Our sandwiches were great and the store was so clean, which is super important to me.

The kid working was super slow and we were the only customers at first- it took us 10 minutes from order to pay and we only got 2 sandwiches. He wouldn’t stop complaining about his shift to us, “I’ve been working for 10 hour straight” and complained to 2 other customers behind us for 10 minutes each because that’s how long it took him to make their food too. We sat down and he came and sat on his phone behind us until another customer came in and he complained to them too for a good 5 minutes, “I’m so tired, it’s been 11 hours…”

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a subway. The workers had no idea what was going on. We had to repeat ourselves at least 3 times for each step of the process. Imagine ordering the same sandwich, toppings, and sauces THREE TIMES. It was horrific.

I have been eating at Subway for thirty years. Despite some of the negative reviews on this particular location, I find no fault with it. The workers are mostly made up of teenagers trying to do their best. They do a great job in my opinion. On the contrary, I was having problems redeeming a $5 online gift card for Subway, and they were very tech saavy and helpful and patient in taking the time to help me redeem it. The quality of the food is the same as every other Subway I have ever been to. The consistency is the thing I like about it. I always know what I’m going to get. The new menu is great, especially the Parmesan Vinegarette. Thanks Subway!

Subway is my go to restaurant when I need more veggies in my life. I pile my sandwiches high with all the veggies. This time I got the American Club with Turkey, Ham and Bacon. Toasted it and it was delicious! This store in American Fork is always clean and the staff are always super friendly. It took about 5 minutes from start to finish and they were even a little busy.

I love Subway. Unfortunately this last time I went, they put such little meat and veggies on that some sections were bare bread and I had to keep asking for more of everything, then they charged me for double meat just to get enough meat to not leave sections without any. In the end the food was great. They just need to get consistent on getting a good amount in!

So terrible. I eat subway regularly and have ALWAYS enjoyed it. This time was the opposite. The older lady (who seemed to be manager) was terrible. She was so rude and rushed us the entire time. Mind there was NO ONE else in the store and no line for drive through. I asked for another slice of cheese (got only 3 slices on my sub) and she said she said she can’t do that.

Went thru drive in. They run up what I owed before I gave them my reward card and a coupon. I paid full price because couldn’t go back and apply coupon. This happened one time in December. They need to ask for a rewards card for each customer before running it up.
