Placed a pickup order 30 minutes ahead of time, only to arrive, wait 10 minutes for a group to finish being served, and be told that the employees had “forgotten” about my order. 20 minutes later I walked out with an incomplete order, missing a bag of chips, 2 good subs, and a truly anemic DrayPotle sub.

Trash like usual. Got a sandwich here almost a year ago and it was completely wrong. This time the right things were there but you couldn’t convince me that a 5 year old didn’t make my sandwich, threw it on the floor, then bag it up. Everything except the meat was shoved into one corner of the flatbread, which is terrible now, including one line of sauce that just dropped out as soon as I picked it up. All of that is after I had to cut my own sandwich because it only had a cut across the top. Fed it to my dog and won’t ever be back.

I stopped by to get a sandwich and the service sucked after 15 minutes of waiting they finally started making my sandwich. After eating the sandwich I had to pull over after an hour of driving to use the bathroom, I got really sick I had to call in to work for 3 days because I couldn’t get off the toilet. I will never eat there again actually in fact with my experience there I’ll never eat at any subway nationwide.

When I arrived and placed my order the place was empty with the exception of two employees. I noticed it was tidy & felt clean. The two sandwich artisans were both friendly, and helpful. They were quite cheerful & seemed happy to chat & make suggestions regarding sub choices. They didn’t begrudge my request for an extra side of sauce to take To Go. Great experience, quick & easy, in & out & on my way. The sandwiches were pretty darn good as well

I went in the first time and this tall bald guy helped he was really sweet and nice. Then I went in with my mom and brother and there was this old lady and this young gal and they did horrible. They threw the meat and veggies on the sandwich like they didn’t care and they didn’t wear there masks right when i first walked in one of them wasn’t even wearing a mask and I never saw either of them wash there hands. They where quick and sloppy. Very disappointed not planning on going back.

They charge you three dollars extra for a so called deluxe for only a tiny bit more meat and cheese isn’t included!!! Paid over 30 bucks for two footlong meals and that doesn’t include drinks or cookies and the veggies looked questionable. Customer service needs improvement too! Better to go to the store and buy everything and make it yourself!!! I don’t plan on returning.
