This used to be a great subway until the owner fired.One of his best employees. She got sick and he didn’t keep her as a manager. Since then, it’s gone downhill, the orders are often wrong, or they don’t have things in stock that the people need or things ready.That they want to eat went today.They didn’t have the wrap.I wanted available, and they’re out of Dr Pepper like, they are ninety percent of the time. If you have time to waste, go to this subway.If not go somewhere else.

Jaida has changed my outlook on this location. I had stopped going to this location even though its by far closest to me. I went this morning to try again. Jaida was incredible. Great work making the sandwich from start to finish. Breakfast ones always tend to get messed up but she nailed it. Great outgoing, and fun personality as well. Complete 180 from previous experiences. This morning was the best experience i have had at any subway location. And i frequent subway. Thank you!

Ordered online and picked it up through the drive through. Ordered a meal with chips and a drink. They didn’t have the drink I ordered, forgot the chips, toasted it when I didn’t ask for that or the bread was just left out and so hard I couldn’t chew half of it (not sure which one). It was a simple, basic order. Don’t think I will be back..

I don’t know why they have Mr. Small man syndrome wrapping sandwiches. All of our sandwiches, four of them, we’re wrapped so tight all the guts were oozing out. They looked half the size they should have been. Screaming to be set free. Very messy and not very tasty. Where is the pride in workmanship? Ask yourself – would you eat that?

I online order almost every week here at the rigby store and they have been late with my order almost every week so today I set the time for earlier so hopefully by the time I actually needed it to be done, it would be. Not the case. Walked in and watched them making my order 5 minutes after it should have been done. As I’m watching I realize they are making my husband’s sandwich completely wrong and putting the ingredients from another sandwich on my order on his. When they brought it out I told them it was wrong and they went back and remade it. I walked out 20 minutes after my order should have been done. Only my husband eats while I’m driving, I always wait until I am home to feed my kids and myself. Upon arriving home I open the other sandwich in my bag expecting it to my daughters black forest ham and it was actually the sandwich they had messed up. No black forest at all. Called and the apologized profusely and offered a refund. I understand people make mistakes but seriously its ok to slow down a tiny bit and pay attention. The sandwich in the picture is supposed to be the black forest ham.

Store is clean, atmosphere is as a subway should be.
However.
I ordered on the app, and showed up around 3 minutes after the website said it was done. Not only was the order not done, all 3 employees had to scramble to find the order receipt. I highly recommend either dining in or being in store to order. It will keep the employees accountable. At the time of writing I’ve been waiting for the order for 20 mins. It also seems the employees are prioritizing walk ins over an order that’s 20+ mins old.
It’s a shame because this store can be great.
TLDR: don’t order online.

Completely messed up all sandwiches. When I let them know, they literally laughed and said there was nothing they could do about it because it was someone new making sandwiches.

I’m not a bad-review guy, but this was amazing.
I haven’t been to Subway for at least 5 years, for obvious reasons – it’s not very good and you’d only go if you are not near Firehouse or Jersey Mike’s. But they keep sending coupons and I was in the area. First thing I did is ask if I could use this 6.99 footlong coupon on any sub. The lady working #1 read it over and said “yeah.” So I ordered some cold sub, I don’t remember the name.
She actually did a great job. Then lady working #2 asked her a couple of times what it was to ring it up and I handed her the coupon and after a little while said “You can’t use this coupon for this sandwich.”
I said “Well she told me I could….”
“Yeah, she’s new.”
Last I checked, I’m not the one who trained her and I wouldn’t have ordered it if she told me I couldn’t use it.
I told her that last part and asked if she could make an exception and got a cold “No.”
Can you ask your manager? Cold “no.” – I saw the manager walking around earlier.
So I asked if I could just cancel the whole thing and she said “ok.”

Amazingly foolish from a business standpoint, you’d rather lose the whole sale then honor what someone told a customer. Not to mention (yet another) bad review and obviously never going there again. I’m sure the franchisee would be thrilled to know that’s what’s going on there.

This subway has always been pretty slow service, but I went in today and there was new staff and they did a phenomenal job. They were extremely fast and efficient!

This subway store has been the worst one i have gone to. I only do pick up orders and everytime the order has been wrong so they don’t read the ticket throughly. I also had an online order I ordered an hour ahead of time and when I went in to pick it up (5 mins past when it should have been ready) it wasn’t done. When I asked about it they said it was probably almost done. They hadn’t even started it. The girl who ended up doing it was a brat and didn’t acknowledge me at all. I waited in the store for 40 extra mins when it would have been fast to just get in line. It was a joke.
