1 star because, just like the all the other subway franchise owners, this one is full of greed. Its nearly impossible to order to the store with the app because it will just say this location isnt accepting orders. Want to use a coupon code or coupon you got in the mail? Nope, greedy owner doesnt accept those either. Liked the subway club promo for buy 3 subs get the 4th free? Franchise owners got it removed after just 6 months. The owner will learn that mid quality subs arent worth $12-$20 and people continue to try support subway because they offer coupons making the subs worth the cost. Stick to Jersey Mikes, Firehouse, or Jimmy John’s.

Ordered online for the family when we got home with our meals all our toppings were different then ordered. My 12 inch sub was suppose to be a sweet onion teriyaki ..it was chicken with garlic ranch mayo and pickles jalapeños. Been here before with no issues but this time everyone had toppings that weren’t suppose to be there and missing other toppings out of 5 sandwiches only 1 was made correctly.

I would leave less stars but Google won’t let me. My parents went in at noon today, 1/17/2026. First they were rude and unfriendly, the kid behind the counter kept saying nope, we haven’t made that bread today, over and over, leaving our only option as white bread. Added no sauce to two of the sandwiches, one of which was the meatball sub and when my mom said hey you forgot the sauce he said, you have some at home. Honestly, they should have left, that the manager was sitting there saying nothing was just as bad. We won’t be coming to this location again and I will be telling my friends not to go to this location either. Not worth the price for bad subs and horrible service

I went to this location today for lunch with my husband, usually the people here are friendly and kind. Today was the complete opposite, I have never been spoken to so rudely by someone in a customer service position. First my wrap ripped so bad that when it came to eating the food it made an absolute mess, second the blonde woman serving me couldn’t hear/understand what I said and said “what” to me twice in the RUDEST tone and lastly I was made sure I couldn’t add any extra salad to my protein pocket when I didn’t even ask – again in a rude tone. If you don’t like serving and interacting with people don’t apply for this type of job. I have never experienced someone so rude and will NEVER be back at this location after this being our go to subway.

Wow, incredibly disappointed. Ordered a Philly sub and I am not sure what I got. Was it even meat or bread colored to look like meat?? I don’t know!?!? If it was meat, there wasn’t enough to feed a staving dog.
If you are hungry and are looking for bread and mayonnaise only, this is your place. For me, never again and I will be sure to let all my friends know the quality of food from Subway, Broadway, Idaho Falls.

I ordered my sandwich through the driv thru and the way I like it, not necessarily one promoted on the take out board. I asked for extra sauce, and told them I really don’t like a dry sandwich. I get all the way home to sit down unwrap mt sandwich and the first thing I noticed was half my sandwich was wrapped in the wrapper and not on my sandwich so ok dome assembly required whatever, then I start eating and literally notice how dry it is, open it up to see maybe a squirt of sauce in the middle of the bread. Ugh so annoying when all you think about is a sandwich for dinner just to have it ruined in the end. And how are we supposed to handle being dissatisfied? Call the store and tell the people who made it what happened for nothing to be done about it in the end? $12 waste in an economy where every $ matters. I’ll just not go back.

It’s Subway but I ordered on the mobile app while on the road. They saw that I was waiting as I arrived quite early relative to the time the app said It would be ready and immediately got to work on my order. Great service!

Subway on Broadway is always good, and now they are back open for dine in with Covid! So that is helpful, because drive thru is just that, a drive thru.. Best part about here is you can add on all the goodies and then some! Build a sandwich from the bread up, or pick something off their menu, it is all amazing. I personally love the Chicken bacon ranch sandwich, and it is even better as a salad! I suggest subway to anyone, especially this one!

We did an online order… Everything was fine tell we got our sandwiches back to our house…. I had a ham sandwich, it had 3 olives, 2 pieces of onion, a few strips of lettuce and a dot of mustard and a dot of mayo. My wife ordered a veggie sandwich with everything on it. Yeah it was missing several veggies and just like mine, what was on it was very minimal.
