Social Profile:

Charity’s bar-the saloon’s centerpiece is an exquisite piece of craftsmanship originally constructed in France and shipped to the U.S. in 1887 for an Italian immigrant named Joe Verzi for his saloon in Davis, West Virginia. It is made entirely of cherry wood with a handrail and pillars of Italian marble. With live music, a brand new outdoor patio, fire lanterns and in the heart of Killington, Charity’s won’t disappoint. A saloon inspired eatery boasting over a century of history! Home to Charity’s world-famous French onion soup, craft beer and cocktails, tacos, and our new Smash Burgers. It’s no wonder all trails lead to Charity’s

Bustling watering hole with a full bar & TVs, dispatching simple, filling pub grub.

Feels like you walked back in time. Classic pub, but so much better. Cool story about the Imported bar, read about it.

Food was excellent! The sword fish with butternut squash was delicious! Small bar area right next to the dining booths. Love the rustic interior design. Lots of big tvs for sport watching. Go sports.

I really enjoy this place. The bar is so cool and the painting is cool yet you might want to shade the kids eyes. Sangrias are made the way they should be – not too sweat and not too winery. Mike the bar tender is enjoyable to talk with. French Onion soup – best on the mountain.

Charity’s is great old-style themed saloon near Killington. I really enjoyed the pulled pork sandwich, which was topped with cheddar cheese and coleslaw, and it came with a side of fries. I additionally ordered a salad, which was also prepared well. The staff was friendly; the prices were reasonable considering this is a tourist area; and the rustic, country atmosphere was very pleasant. I’d definitely recommend dining at Charity’s when visiting Killington.
