Today for lunch I ordered a foot long turkey and cheese sandwich on Italian Herbs and Cheese bread. The sandwich was delicious . I would highly recommend this location to anyone. They made it correctly. Unlike other Subways in Pocatello! I order through Door Dash at times. I was surprised and disappointed when I didn’t see soft drink options on the app? Why? They only had 3 drink selections none of them fountain drinks.. I found this puzzling and none of which I wanted. My drink is Diet Pepsi. Also, i couldn’t select pepper jack cheese. The app would only let me select American cheese which doesn’t have any flavor . I like the pepper jack cheese . So I am going to bring that to the attention of Door Dash thats a guarantee! I don’t care if pepper jack cheese costs more! Thats what I wanted.

Not sure of the names of the two employees tonight (10/01/2025) but they were absolutely amazing. Even though there were only two of them, lobby packed, drive thru packed, they still were very polite and very respectful. The younger kid was very fresh and kept apologizing to me, which I told the employee it’s okay just take your time. They got everything done in a timely manner, even though the situation was highly stressful. These two deserve raises! I told the employee who checked me out at the register that they were doing an amazing job and I hope they see that!

Just tried again and had to walk out. The man handling money with his gloves on seemed more interested in cointing the tips than helping customers and making more.
No one seems to concerned with food and public safety.
Second and last time. What a shame.

I dont know who was working on Saturday February 7th at 2:40 pm but there was two men working one of them was younger and there was an older balding man who called himself the manager, the older man was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional, throwing stuff, getting mad that people came in, just overall being nasty. EMPLOYEES NEED TO PRACTICE BETTER HYGIENE THIS SHOULD BE MANDATORY FOR HANDLING FOOD!!!!!!Not sure what his name is but he’s the worker with the really long beard he needs to practice better hygiene or leave the food industry and get a different job his apron is crusty and disgusting he made my sandwich and didn’t even change his gloves his gloves had holes in it he has a very long beard didn’t even put a net over it hair got in my food I’ll never step foot in the subway again they have the nerve to ask for a tip but can’t even practice good hygiene place is disgusting. THIS PLACE DOESN’T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR

We stopped in today for lunch. I’ve been a Subway app member for many years. I had some Subway gift cards I bought at Costco that I down loaded to my app. I was at the store at 12:33 pm, the purchase was for$9.53. I had seven dollars and change on one card. I had thought I could use this amount and a second payment gift card for the rest. William, store employee, didn’t even understand my request. He tried to call a female boss, who didn’t answer. Then called Trevor, but didn’t properly understand the problem or explain it to him. Since this was going nowhere, I scanned my second card for the full amount and decided to not use what was left on the first card. William let me know, he only makes $8.00 an hour and he shouldn’t have to put up with this. I am a Navy Veteran. Sixty-six years old and disabled. William clearly explained to me that I was no longer welcome in this store. I’ve lived in Pocatello twenty years. I’ve ate at this store, due to convenience, for a good many years. You win William.

Was there when it was regularly busy. It seems this location couldn’t handle it. Typically I go to Subways where there are two staff. Three here couldn’t handle the drive through, meanwhile I saw more than three parties exit the store. I exited the drive through after 30 minutes and went inside. With three people in line in front of me, it still took an hour in total. I told the staff how long I had waited and they were very, very rude.
