We have been trying this subway for the last few years as we drive through. It has the slowest personelle we have ever witnessed and not one person ever says, “I’ll be with you in just a minute.” or any such greeting. This will be our last time giving this place a chance. There is always a line and the line is always waiting for help or even a glance our way from staff. Absolutely ridiculous. FYI Jimmy Johns across the street is fantastic!!

the guy helping me was very rude and had horrible customer service. maybe it was just a bad day but he was throwing things such as the sandwich bags, paperclips etc… and slamming the cash register. i was not impressed with my visit.

Got delivery, sandwiches were cold and one had so much sauce on it that it was soggy. Wanted a refund, owner was sending gift cards, never got them. Tried again and still not great.

No Toaster or Meatballs, “Deal Breaker? You can leave.” Came in for some lunch on 8/30/19 around 10 am and I was informed the toaster was down and they were out of meatballs, okay I can live with that. I made a joke and asked if I could maybe get some extra cheese on my order as a discount for having the toaster down. The clerk told me that a lot of other customers walked out because the toaster was not working and if this was a deal breaker for me I should probably do the same thing. How rude! I pay $13 for a lousy sandwich that costs them $4 to make and they treat customers like this. I am telling all my friends and family about my experience here and I am not coming back. I rather give my money to Firehouse from now on, Subway on 162nd you can keep your cheese and sit on it.

Last three times it took 25min to get sandwiches. And each time people walked out after waiting too long. Did like this Subway when it didn’t take so long to get a sandwich. Now only one employee ever in there it is so slow. How it there only 1 person at 2pm on a Saturday
