The food was okay when you look through the glass. Some of it looked old and like some of the olives weren’t gone through when they were thrown in there and some of the lettuce hadn’t been cleaned but for the most part it was pretty clean as far as food goes the people behind the counter though could use a lesson in manners pretty rude

The lady with the glasses and the overdone eyes Amanda? was so nasty and rude, you could tell she has self induced mental problems. You cannot talk to strangers like that. Way to go trying to make people feel bad, look at yourself first. She should learn how to treat people with respect, especially since we were the only customers there. Not to mention, they scrimped on the portions. We will never be back to this dump!

After walking out of another Subway in Rock Springs for sub-sanitary conditions, fortunately I found this Subway on my route and not too far away. This location was the polar opposite of what I had just came from, and they really took care of me. Beyond that, the staff was outgoing and fun – really made my day better, which I really needed as I had a 20 hour drive ahead of me.

Service was terrible. The employees didnt know their own menu and were very rude. They had no tuna, no mozzarella, no buffalo sauce, no napkins and no ice in the machine. The restaurant was hot and muggy with and not even worth sitting down in. The bathrooms were wretched and had no toilet paper or soap. Parking wqs a nightmare and the whole experience just sucked. Dont go, for the love of God, Buddah, and Zues, please do NOT GO.

No greeting when we walked in….but they all looked at us. Then we stood at the order counter for like 2 mins while everyone went on ignoring us. Then they we’re loudly complaining about being busy, and left another woman waiting at the order counter, one of the guys was eating a sandwich in the back WHILE the lady was waiting to be helped. Just a weird subway. And the bread tasted..soapy or freezer burned

Very slow !!! For some reason very skimpy on toppings. I live in Las Vegas was just passing through .. Can’t figure out what the problem is why so skimpy on toppings.. I asked for more onions and some jalapeno peppers .. She put like two slithers of onion and maybe 3 or 4 jalapenos.. Bread tasted old.. 6pm on weekday. Maybe random drug testing could help!! This place wouldn’t last a week in Vegas …

I ordered and paid online. My order was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes. They had not started, and had no plans on starting, when I arrived 30 minutes after placing the order. Then they wanted me to pay again.
