I ordered the food online. Got there and the guy was standing next to my receipt and told me he didn’t have an online order, then “Oh! Yeah we do!”. So made my sandwich. Not sure if the toaster was broken or what, but he put it in there and the sandwich was ice cold when I ate it. Then he kept pulling up his pants with his gloves. I’ve been there twice and the first time the lady was rude, and I let it go. Go in 6 months later and that’s what I get. Place was clean though.

I waited 35 minutes for an online order that was supposed to be picked up when I arrived. If it takes 45 minutes to make a sandwich, there’s something wrong. They also put nacho cheese on my chicken salad sandwich.

If I could give 10 stars I would! I came in here and there was 3 young kids trying to order sandwiches and had no idea what they were doing so I decided to help them, Employee Julie I think her name was, was a sweetheart. She held her patience which I saw was starting to wear out dealing with those kids, however she kept her patience and a professional tone and never raised her voice to them, she was very nice to those kids. She thanked me for helping them and thanked me for coming to subway. Great service is hard to find these days and Julie went above and beyond to make sure everyone that comes in here has a wonderful experience. I will always go to this subway now instead of the one by Walmart! The best customer service Ive ever had at a Subway!!!

Wow, were Kenzie and Aydan Rock Stars. Walked in on long road trip from Arizona to Yellowstone. First, bathrooms were just cleaned , staff was pleasant and greetful. I ordered food , they were informative, fast and presented well. This was one the best or not the best experience at a Subway. Thank you ladies the food was great. Paul and Chris.

I came to this subway twice during the week of the rodeo and got excellent service both times. Ayden and Kenzie were amazing to us, they were short staffed at first and slammed until help came in and they still served us with a smile and were beautiful to us. They definitely deserve a raise or something.

Probably the worst Subway experience I’ve had, which is saying something for subway. Employee was acting incredibly rushed and put out to make our sandwiches, the person I assume was the manager was just standing on the phone as the line grew behind us, and to top it all off, when I went to fill my drink a black chunk fell out of the ice dispenser. Sure glad I looked in my cup before filling it with soda. The sandwich was probably the only decent part of the experience.

The vibes were on. The gentlemen with the red hair hooked me up. I was exhausted from the road and I couldn’t make a choice. He said he could make me his favorite so I went with that. A delicious sub for sure 🙂
