Went through the drive thru just now and the drive thru menu wasn’t working. I pulled up to the window and the employee proceeded to just stare at me and ignore me while making comments to someone in the back. I yelled out that their drive thru menu isn’t working and he proceeded to laugh and wave at me. Absolutely disrespectful behavior from the staff, what a joke of an establishment.

I witnessed an employee who had gloves on handle money, then did not change them. I asked her very politely if she would change them before making food, and she said “I’m kind of in a hurry” like to what risk others health and safety? Lmao. She was so rude and when I explained to her that it’s gross she said I could go somewhere else, like yes ma’am I will go somewhere else that respects their customers health and safety.

At approximately 1:50 my order was dropped off by Tonja with DoorDash. My order was missing items I ordered. I called 3 times to tell her she did not deliver my full order. She would not answer. A voice answered but unable to speak to her. It went to voice mail. The voice was just a recording. I left my phone number but of course nocall back! Called Subway at 2809 4-J Rd and all I got there was for orders go to the online site. Terrible service both by Subway and DoorDash! The bread was very dry. It was requested for double contents. If that was double I hate to think what the sandwich would be originally. There was not much sauce on meatball sub and I had requested and paid for extra. Lousy place to order from. I don’t recommend this Subway ever!

We walked in and went to order. The girl working didn’t look at us, greet us, tell us it was going to be a while, she just kept working on the enormous call-in order. I finally asked her if it was going to be a while and all she did was hold up the enormous receipt of the call-in order. She absolutely wasn’t going to take our order, the ones that made the effort to walk in. Her “helper” continued slicing meats. Terrible terrible customer service. If you can’t address the customer and explain what is going on, or better yet HELP THEM, you don’t belong in customer service. We didn’t have time to wait, so we left. Subway needs a better policy for call-in orders. For crying out loud, help the customer in front of you first!

Why is there only 1 employee working at lunch time with drive thru orders, online orders, and 6 people in line!? Got sent here from Walmart Subway to have them make an online order I placed bc their toaster and freezer are broken and have been waiting over 20 minutes here with 3 people still in front of me and a stack of online order tickets this girl is trying to work through!

Do not order through the online app. Or on a day children are working. The two teens were so lost and confused. They lacked problem solving skill and laughed the whole time. Online said my order would be ready by 1350. They didn’t even start making my order until 1415. I would have walked out but already paid online. Also they were out of EVERYTHING. Ham, turkey, meatballs.
I will avoid ordering or coming to this subway in the future.

It’s always something with this subway. If you order through the app might as well as go in because the food isn’t going to be ready. They’re always out of things like cookies, bread, etc. There’s been multiple times that I’ve gone an hour before they close to find out that they closed early. The place has gone down hill, just go to the one by Home Depot it’s a million times better.

Cannot pin point the smell but it is not fresh baked bread and fresh food. Lettuce was brown and gross I didn’t want to even trust it, service was not welcomed or treated like I was wanted there. If I would have known this all before I ordered I would have left and went to Walmarts subway.
