Ordered a foot long sandwich from this subway, and to say the least it was disgusting, I could not eat it and it cost me $16 dollars, there was approximately 1/2 cup of mayonnaise or more, this picture is what I saw upon unwrapping my meal, I’d say Subway needs to more highly evaluate their employees intelligence before letting them handle another person’s lunch

Wish I could give NEGATIVE stars! This is the worst Subway I’ve ever been to! They were out of half the menu items, The toaster didn’t work so I couldn’t get my sandwich toasted, Finally the damn receipt paper was out so I couldn’t get a damn receipt. Ill NEVER buy a sandwich from this place again and I can NEVER get a hold of a MANAGER!!!!!!!!!!! Stay away from here.

Very disappointing. Need to wash their hands more. No point in putting on gloves if your gonna touch everything in the store while making sandwiches. No food safety techniques are being used. Cross contamination on everything. All the staff need more training. Not one can make a sandwich right. They have no clue what portions are supposed to be or the way to make a sandwich so it doesn’t turn into a sloppy mess. The subway classes for employees that other branches use would be helpful

Staff here have always been quite friendly, they always go the extra mile to make sure that the customer is satisfied. The bread is consistently fresh, as are the toppings and, my most crucial point, the condiments are fresh. I’ve been to several Subway restaurants that didn’t have fresh condiments. I am always very pleased with this restaurant. Definitely recommend.

Meatballs were old and dry. Customer service was horrible. The girl working got irritated because I asked for onions and peppers to be toasted on the Philly steak and cheese sandwich. Very disappointed with the whole experience.

Not only was our customer service terrible, I bought freezer burnt chicken and lexi c didnt know how to fix it. I was literally told “I don’t know what to do”. If you wanted to be treated like trash and want to be overcharged for 1 star food this is your restaurant. Also someone under 18 shouldn’t be running a subway. I won’t ever eat at this subway again.

What can i say. Food is always good. Service was lacking this last visit though to the walmart location subway in Riverton Wyoming.
I waited at an empty counter for 5 minutes before coughing loudly enough to get the attention of a younger tattooed girl who’s reflection off the glass oven door showed she was to busy texting on her phone to be out front where she’s supposedly paid to be.
I would have been waiting longer if hadn’t purposedly coughed loudly several times.
Folks this is something that really bothers me and i believe should not be tolerated on any job.
Your paid to be there for your 8 hours or longer and are supposed to be working not playing, surfing the web or texting.
You get breaks and a lunch period. Then and only then you may access your personal life. Not while supposedly taking care of customers.

Went into Subway today and no employee anywhere. After standing there a couple minutes I said hello! An unkept lady comes out a couple minutes later.
Employee – I was in the bathroom, and I’m the only one here. I hope you didn’t have to wait to long. Well even if you did you can blame Subway for not hiring enough people.
I was going to let this go. She asked me what I wanted. I said the new Chipotle Cheese Steak.
Employee – What kind of bread?
Me – I don’t know; what’s good with this sandwich?
Employee – (rudely) I don’t know, I don’t like subway.
At this point I decided this is not the kind of person I want making my sandwich.

Great staff and customer service. We had a team running late, called ahead and asked if they would accommodate us so close to closing time. The were willing to stay open for us with a smile on their face.
