Gilbert at the Subway in Walmart is a shining beacon of employee excellence. Fantastic attitude and service, the other folks that work there are also fantastically friendly and make a mean sandwich, honestly, that Subway alone has made it to where I actually really like Subway again. Where I used to live it was bad experience after bad experience. Thank you Gilbert, Kathy, and the manager Lady (I’m sorry I don’t know your name) you all are amazing!!!!

The guy making my sandwich ( I think his name was Gilbert) had the worst attitude, he kept shaking his head and muttering under his breath. It made me think it was wrong for me to be there

When my mom and I were in there today at 3:00 the ingredients were wilted and just didn’t look good. There was a dirty cleaning rag left on one table, the service was super slow, and the sandwiches that my mom and I got were way overcooked. Everything tasted like soap. The cookies were super low supply. About the only thing that was good here were the drinks. Over by the soda fountain is dirty and sticky. It doesn’t look like anything has been cleaned. The cookies were also either overcooked or undercooked. On 07/11/2023 we went in and I found a hair. This is a reoccurring problem I have with subway. They don’t wear hair nets anymore and I found hair in my sandwich. So gross

If I could give the owner a negative rating I would. He was very rude, and only there to cheat people money. We ordered a foot long turkey and because we wanted one side toasted and the other not he charged us two separate 6 inch sandwiches. How pathetic. I’ve worked as subway in several different locations and lever had that be a policy. He said it cost him more money to toast one side. Then he sat and argued with me how much extra work it was in front of customers in the lobby trying to enjoy their meal. Not impressed at all.

The gentleman and young lady were working hard. As soon as we got in-line 5 other people did plus they had online orders. They were very nice and prioritize the orders went fast.

Waited for 10 minutes for a worker to come back inside even though they had left the cash register wide open while they were gone. When the worker came in, i was told about ten minutes before close that me and my friends would not be served by Cole Barrows, then was told that we were 86ed from being allowed in there at all even though I have never once had a problem going there before, he then threatened me and friends to call security down if we did not leave immediately and got irate and yelled at us to get out.

Excellent sandwich. They don’t skimp on the lettuce, tomatoes, olives, etc . Some places it’s like just meat and cheese and they throw a little bit of this and that on and that’s it. Not at Subway. You get what you want, and if you say more they’ll do it. They also have a great selection of drinks with brewed iced tea and lemonade in addition to the usual soda.

Horrible service. Slow. Sandwich artist was extremely rude to everyone. He literally yelled “HEY YO, YOUR PRETZEL IS UP HERE” To a little old man who couldn’t hear well. Wouldn’t reccomend. It’s a good thing there’s two subways in Cody.

Me and my parents came here 2 weeks ago to visit yellow stone, and we had dinner at this store. My parents didn’t speak English so I had to order for them. The girl who worked there treated other customers with manners and smiles but she treated us very impatiently and with an attitude. We had very bad experience and this not how you welcome travelers from all over the world
