I have had bad pizzas 3 out of last 5 visits to the Picayune Domino’s. I order the pan pizza and it has bubbles swell up causing dry, cheese less pieces. I called the manage one and he gave me credit for next order. I ordered hand tossed that time and it was good. Went today after a long hard day at work and ordered the pan pizza. Again, bubbles throughout and very little cheese. Ordered extra sauce that I didn’t get as well.
Very poor quality most of the time with no consistency.

I decided to give this Domino’s in Picayune MS another try. Same problem. The Pan was the worst I’ve ever seen at Domino’s. They advertise that the Pan pizzas come with extra cheese and toppings to the edge, not so at all! I didn’t get extra cheese and the toppings were far from reaching the edge. When I pointed this out to the manager, he shrugged and turned away yelling remake. Didn’t address me or apologize at all so I told them not to worry about out and left. This is the worst managed store I’ve ever seen.
Have it another try, just as bad. This Domino’s needs to fire the management y’all and start over. I got more bread that pizza with toppings and cheese. I will not waste money again at this store until they make major change in management.

There food is alright. Most time it’s pretty good. I absolutely LOVE THERE CHEESES BREAD BREAD STICKS!!!
WHAT DOES REALLY BOTHER ME AND ITS THE DUMBEST THING IVE EVER HEARD OF IS THEY DONT GIVE U AT LEAST 1 MARINARA RED SAUSE WITH UR CHEESEY BREAD OR UR BREAD STICKS. THEY ARE A 1.00 PLUS TAX A PIECE. THATS JUST RIDICULOUS!!!

Found hair in our pizza and was advised our only option is to drive 20 minutes back to the store, give them the hair pizza to receive a new one. Then drive back home where we could enjoy our one fresh pizza and three cold ones that sat for 40 minutes waiting for us to return. The manager Donnie Rush specifically advised the employee not to offer a credit only exchange. Disgusting.

I’ve never had a good experience with dominos so I’m not sure why I thought today would be any different.
My pizza was extremely gross. I didn’t think you could mess up pizza but apparently you can. I’ve had frozen pizzas that tasted better than the pizza I had today. It was cold. The cheese was hard and stiff. The dough tasted flat. It was not enjoyable and I was left highly disappointed.
I’ll stick to Papa John’s and Little Caesars.

Dominoes usually brings me dinner, but last night I had an errand to run so I decided to pick up. My car started acting funny coming off I59 and when I pulled into the lot and parked my car was smoking. Douglas, one of the managers, and 2 of his crew were standing outside as I pulled in. When they noticed that I was having issues they came right over to help. Douglas continued to walk back out and check on me until my help got there. He was knowledgeable, polite, and reassuring. The crew went above and beyond for a lady in trouble and I am forever grateful. I wish I could give 10 stars! Douglas and crew, keep being great people.
