Subway subs are hit or miss, they are pretty good when you get what you ordered. Tonight I ordered a footlong cold cut combo with everything and ended up with a sub that, yet again, looked nothing like the sub pictured on the menu and was missing half of the ingredients. I called Subway to ask about returning it for a refund, something that I should have done with them many times over the year. Maybe, if we all returned the food that was not what we purchased, they would stop playing games and ripping their customers off. Over the years subway has been the epitome of inconsistent when it comes to what they serve. Last summer Subway on 3rd St in Laramie got everything right, so I figured by ordering a sub tonight, I wouldn’t be wasting my money. Before last summer, (not the incredibly narrow sub roll, this beauty is new), every single sub was like the one in these pictures or worse and we always order all of the veggies, often extra. This sub, roughly the width and girth of a corndog, is just upsetting. Apologies for not thinking to take pics to post before biting into it, hindsight…
My order was ready when I arrived to pick it up even though the app said that it had yet to begin being prepared.
My hand appears a lot larger in the photos than it is, it’s one of the perks of being vertically challenged. For context, my hand fits into a small or medium survival glove, mediums are a little loose.

The sandwhich artist Drew is one of the only people I trust to make our food right! He makes it consistent all the way through, actually follows instructions when i put “less” or “more” and he is very fast and efficient. And even though he seems introverted, he has really good customer service as well. Highly reccomend coming here. This man deserves a raise!!

Placed my order two hours before they closed as a pickup for later in the night, and as soon as I got there to pick it up they cancelled/voided it. I ordered a steak and cheese today from the subway on 3rd st … I had door dashed it due to me being at work for a 10 hour shift . As you can see I ordered extra cheese and received no cheese and I definitely didn’t ask for jalapeños which there was more than a hand full of in just a 6inch portion of my foot long … I’m pregnant and really sensitive to spice right now so would definitely prefer to have what I ordered … went from the best subway in town to the worst.

Got two footings tonight and they were delicious! When we went into the restaurant the only person working was Ally and despite the Mobile orders and small line in the lobby she had such a great attitude and welcomed us in with a smile. I really appreciated her service and hope to see her again.

My wife and I and my son went to grab food through drive thru I ordered a Blt and she ordered a Philly with doritos she didn’t get her chips and they put itialian on my sandwich instead of bacon like asked for she received bacon on hers when she didn’t order any terrible quality for 40 $ won’t be eating here again. FYI itialian sausage makes me sick.

On 6/27/25 N. 3rd restaurant in Laramie- Grumpy guy at counter told me that I could NOT redeem coupons through the drive up. Never have had a problem in all the years before. “Coupons must be presented before ordering- its printed on the coupon”. I know its hard to find employees but I hope the owner sees this review and has a talk with him regarding customer service. If I have to go into the store then maybe I will just go to Firehouse Subs down the street.

UPDATE:
Thanks to the store manager who made things correct for us. She was very nice and looked at my pictures and offered a refund or to remake the sandwiches. We did do a remake of our food. She was going to look into who made our order so she can be sure the employees are aware and are making thinks correctly.
Thanks again for making this right and I adjusted my rating for this store based on the dealing with the store manager who did make things right.
Don’t order on the app. Have tried a couple times and every time things are messed up. If you watch them make things they are fine, but order and take it home then you don’t find out until you get home that they didn’t make your food right. Things definitely are made with less care when you don’t watch them. I get protein bowls and they have a lot in them where it fills the bowl full. Mine tonight wasn’t full like normal and very little lettuce (even my family members sandwiches had more lettuce on them and the one was requested less which was a good amount for him but more than my bowl which should have had regular amount). Both sandwiches were suppose to be the Slams and they were not they were regular amounts (ie. 8pieces of ham on the #99 that’s what we get on the regular black forest ham so which one is correct?).
Thinking I’m going to go talk to manager tomorrow with my pictures because we weren’t going back into town tonight.
