Stopped in to get a sandwich for lunch on Sunday . Had ordered the italian sandwich , minus the red onions because of an allergy that , if ingested , rewards with a fast trip to the hospital . Told the girl at the counter this and the tag showed this . When getting home with the sandwich , found that it was loaded with onions . We live 40 minutes from the store . Tried to call , but just got a recorded message every time . Next day , had to drive all the way back to the store was told that all they could do was remake the sandwich properly , which they should have done the first time . Message to buyers , don’t trust what you tell them at this location , because they don’t listen to your instructions . Unwrap your sandwich & check it before you leave the store …

The manager was very rude. She lied to me about the time she received my order. My order went through at 1:55 pm and she said they just received it upon me walking in at 2:06pm. I had to wait another 20 minutes while listening to the manager complain about previous customers. She was also reprimanding one of the employees. When my order was ready, she basically shoved it at me without an apology for the wait or even a thank you for coming in. And to top it off, one of my sandwiches was wrong. My small BLT that I ordered was a snack BLT which had one 3 inch slice of bacon on it. I didn’t realize until i got home. I’m pretty sure she realized her mistake, though, without owning up to it, because she taped the description receipt on the other sandwiches but did not tape one on the wrong one.

In between baseball games we came here for an early lunch today (June 5) and we are so pleased that we did. The employees were so kind, the food was great and the service was fast. We observed one of the employees actively wiping down all the front counters which was a pleasant site. They all clearly enjoyed their jobs and looked like they were having a good day working together. We will surely return! Pizza sandwich is GOOD. Club sandwich is GOOD. Steak sandwich is GOOD and they fries… were so Good

Food was decent, but manager of the place was rude and very mean to the staff there. The new worker asked me about my order, and the manager snapped back “You don’t ask the customer, you ask me.”

First time at a Penn Station and it was good but didn’t wow me. Maybe I got the wrong sandwich. I tried the artichoke sandwich with mushrooms. Enjoyable, but could use more seasonings. I liked the multigrain bread – it did some heavy lifting. Interior of restaurant was clean and attractive. Staff was polite and wished us well as we left.

I would give this 0 stars if I could.

I had arrived at the Penn Station in Fenton Missouri around 8:27 pm. They had a note on their door that said short-staffed. Closing at 9pm. I went inside with my girlfriend and her son to grab something to eat. They asked if it was for dine in or carry out. I said carry out. Then another employee walks up and says that they are closed. I said the sign says 9 pm. He reiterated that they were closed. They had two people behind the counter and one in front of the counter cleaning the store, so three people total. My girlfriend & son ended up leaving the store since they wouldnt take our order. We drove down to Arnold Penn Station. They had two people only working in the store and they took our order & were super friendly. The food was fresh & the customer service from the Arnold location was top notch. I will never go back to the Fenton location. Poor customer service. A sign that said they were open later, but workers who decided they’d close, keep the open sign on after we left & kept the door unlocked!

Good food but you get charged $0.50 for a cup of water with your food? If I come back I will get it to go. But likely I will just eat elsewhere. Prices are similar to many other options.

Poor service, music up so loud they can’t hear what you ordered, gave me wrong sandwich and then argued with me. Left the sandwich and the bad service. Diner down the street is Way better and listens to the customer. Penn Station in St An, Mo has got this one beat by a mile for Customer Service!!

When I got into line to order here, the manager was browbeating the customer in line in front of me because some other customers had been rude to her and eyeballing him intensely. The restaurant was clean save for the point of sale terminal she took my order on, which was caked in layers of grease and mildly disturbing to perceive. During my meal one of the employees was getting long form brow beaten for not shifting places with the manager “I really expect more out of you” At one point what seemed to be the owner pulled up. He parked his pickup blocking the fire lane in front of the store as he swapped out a promotional sign. The brow beaten employee had made my sandwich to perfection, but the unhinged energy coming out of management and the POS terminal neglect left me shocked.
