Employees are hateful and there’s absolutely NO phone number to complain! When you are at a business and you are overcharged and have to email to get your $$$ back, they will be FORCED to CLOSE. I WILL NEVER be a customer anymore!!!

After being brushed off at the Central Ave Subway, I called the Carlson St. location to see if they could help. The assistant manager answered and was immediately kind, helpful, and apologetic about the experience I’d just had. She told me to come in and they’d take care of it — and they absolutely did!
When I arrived, they made my order with no issues, even as several online orders came in behind me. The team was efficient and polite, and the assistant manager went above and beyond with her customer service. This location turned a frustrating experience into a positive one, and I truly appreciate the way they handled everything.
5 stars — thank you for making it right and treating your customers with respect. Shoutout to the assistant manager for being amazing!

My wife and I just walked in to order and we were the only customers. The guy who served us was skinny with glasses and tats (no idea what his name was)
The entire experience was horrible. I assumed he would take his time considering we were legitimately the only people in there. But no. Dude threw my sandwich together like he was in the middle of a super bad rush. My toppings and meat were put on sooooo uneven and sloppy. They went everywhere and now I’ll have to fix that when I get home. When he went to wrap my sandwich a lot of my toppings fell out onto the table and he scraped it all off the table and threw it back on my sandwich! EW!!! Crumbs and leftover stuff on my sandwich :(((He also didn’t wash his hands before starting.
My family is mortified. Worst customer service and my sandwich is SOOOO sloppy and has god knows what on it from the table and his lack of hand washing. We won’t be back to thus location :(((

Super kind and professional staff. We had a few items missing from our order, no big deal human error happens. I called to see how it could be resolved and the staff as incredibly kind and helpful, got my order fixed and was very professional. The food was well made and tastes good.

The restaraunt is always clean, the service is super fast. Never met an employee who wasn’t courteous. The only thing is that when we go to this particular Subway they’re always out of meatballs, which is a particular favorite for my husband. Other than that I would definitely recommend this place.

Whoever owns and runs this subway is massively greedy and should frankly be fired. Absolutely zero reason for two employees to be working by themselves during a lunch rush. I should not wait twenty five minutes for six people in front of me to be helped. Ridiculous. Absolutely garbage management.
