I ordered a pick up order and when my husband got home, it was pathetic. Not only did they not toast the bread like requested, they didn’t put the items I asked for at all. I’m missing half the stuff I put in the order for BOTH of the same exact sandwiches. I’m very upset I was charged for bread and a few pieces of lettuce.

This place is disgusting. The workers were rude and didn’t care at all about the food. It is super hot inside and food smelled spoiled and stale. The bread was literally old and stale the sandwich was so gross I took one bite spit it out and tossed it in the trash. Do not bring your money here. This Subway should go out of business. WORST EXPERIENCE ever. Bread was moldy and stale. Sun chips had a rat opening. Directions of toasting bread was not completed. Yellow mustard and mayo was barely used, completely dry. If I could leave zero stars I would. Tried to call them but phone gets disconnected (door dash pick up order). This place needs to get a health department and safety check. They will not pass. And then needs to be SHUTDOWN immediately. Disgusting. Didn’t even get a picture of the hoagies because It was so disgusting

I know Subways are a franchise, this franchise owner is the worst. Store dirty inside, worker(s) there have no clue, and very cheap. I asked for spinach for my sandwich. I literally counted 10 leaves. I asked her if she could put some more, she pulled out 3 more pieces, and just rearranged them to look like more. Really!!!

We were trying to place order and these two women were making faces and gossiping about us. We were patiently trying to make them understand what we wanted but instead they were trying to make fun of us. Utterly disgusting.
Maybe give your employees some employee training and teach them english.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a subway, the lady making the sandwich did not know the sandwiches (I had to tell her what was on the sandwich in order for her to make it)
she also did not speak English other than the names of breads and meats, upon making my sandwich she put absolutely no effort into professionalism she pretty much just tossed it together with all the cheese on one side,
I asked for onions and got no onions so rather than trying to translate I said screw it & left with what I had probably should have just went to the Qdoba next door

Absolutely the WORST place to eat. How hard can it be to make a sandwich?
Stale bread, disgusting ingredients, poorly prepared. NOT TO MENTION RAT DROPPINGS IN THE FOOD. WHAT?

I have officially stopped coming to this Subway due to poorly made sandwiches and terrible customer service. It’s been consistently terrible for years. Usually I come when the app offers bogo free foot longs. But two terrible sandwiches provided by unfriendly people isn’t worth my $10 anymore.

Stopped by on my way to Denver with my daughter and they rushed us to the point that as I was paying the guy after me was basically on top of me and his sandwiches got mixed in with mine. My daughter got the wrong sandwich so I returned it and they had to remake it since the guy was long gone and then It was remade wrong ♀️ at this point my daughter didn’t want to be a burden so she just ate it. The staff was visibly unhappy and seemed inconvenienced by having to deal with customers. I will say it was very hot in the restaurant like maybe their air conditioning was down so part of the low rating is on the higher ups for not keeping the place comfortable for their staff.
