⭐ Love this store and the employees! They’re always fast and friendly. I had to wait a few minutes for my order, but I completely understand that online orders come in too. They let me know they’d get to me as soon as possible, which I really appreciated.

Absolutely crazy to have me wait 15 minutes (I am the only person in the store mind you) while the two employees are making online orders. With no one picking up said orders. Would have been great for your customer to make my one sandwich instead of watching you make 10 infront of me that didnt get picked up the whole time I was waiting.

Second time going here while the store is completely empty and takes over 30 min for our food. Waited in the drive thru for 10 min to pay and another 25 min to get our food. Neither of the sandwiches were made right and didnt get our cookies.

I’m very disappointed with the service at this Subway location on February 16, 2026 around 6:30 PM. When we arrived, the ordering process started as normal and our sandwiches were already being made before we were told that the payment terminals were down and offers could not be redeemed.
We politely suggested that customers be informed ahead of time that the system was down so they can decide whether they still want to order, especially if they plan to use rewards or coupons. Instead of responding professionally, the manager on shift (who had visible tattoos) was extremely rude and dismissive.
What made the situation worse was that the manager walked up to my girlfriend in an aggressive manner while addressing the issue. That behavior was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. There was no reason for anyone to feel intimidated over a simple and respectful suggestion.
Technical issues happen — that’s understandable. The real problem was the lack of communication and the unacceptable attitude from management. Customer concerns should be handled calmly and respectfully, not with hostility.

This is what $12 per wrap looks like at this location. Paid extra for avocado on one—no avocado. Hardly any meat or veggies. Didn’t even cut the two pizzas we ordered (luckily we were able to cut them at home and weren’t taking them on a hike or something). Got all the way home to realize all of this. Called and asked for a refund. Manager wanted me to drive all the way back to do so. Wouldn’t accept photos. Had a kids bday party starting at the house in a half hour, don’t have time to do that. Let her know I’d just post the photos and review online and take our business elsewhere then. Too bad—there’s $24+ down the drain. If you’re in the 29 rd area, you might as well drive to the location on North and get your money worth!

This particular subway has a drive thru, which is somewhat convenient. However when I went through the drive thru to place an order it was a touch screen only ordering system. The way the screen is set up you are either 7 foot tall with a six foot wingspan or you have to get out of your car to place the order. Not sure if this setup is really convenient or just a real pain in the backside.
