I just paid $22 for an online order of a sandwich, chips and a drink. The drink had zero syrup, so it was just soda water, the sandwhich somehow got 5 ingredients wrong, and please tell me why the bread and sandwhich itself is SO skinny??? I have small hands, and my thumb is way longer than the sandwhich is thick. Ridiculous. $22!!!!

Just got back from being treated poorly by two male employees in the Clifton store! 2:00pm on Sunday. Not busy so that’s not an excuse for the very poorly made and wrapped sandwiches. We ran into some who was there about 20 minutes before us, same treatment and same terrible looking sandwiches. Ridiculous. Called to speak with a manager; he was no help. Didn’t offer any compensation, barely offered an apology. Super frustrated!

We got herb crusted subs and while the ingredients inside were good(fresh) the roll was very pale. Could have used more time in the oven. This happened at Clifton tonight and North about a month ago. Wth?

This Subway unit is in a great location with lots of parking. Have eaten here and bought takeout for years. True there is some fluctuation in quality and mood among the employees based on the manager, but it continues to even back out into a great food source. Clifton Subway runs pretty clean except on days where they have been overrun by hordes of sandwich chompers. They get the mess cleaned up though soon enough. The Subway system is effective and you tend to get safe, tasty meals. I have not had a problem with anything I’ve had from this unit that I can remember.

I got a protein bowl and was displeased when they didn’t even bother to attempt to cut up the meat. She piled the meat up whole and put the dressing on top before squishing the lid on. I had to go home and cut up the meat and scrape the dressing off the lid. I won’t be back.

I was eating there earlier today and it seemed like all the people working today were all having fun and they seemed super close to each other until what I’m assuming is the manger got really mad at one of the girls there and was yelling at her telling her to clock out and go home and that her hours were getting cut in front of everyone there customers and staff included. Very unprofessional of her to do so, instead of doing it in front of everyone she should of taken her to the back and talked to her there not yell at the poor girl in front of everyone there. The poor girl looked very embarrassed and upset by the situation, now I don’t know what happened but how the manger I think handled that was wrong and unprofessional. Swear words were coming from almost everyone there, so it seems to me that almost everyone there today was being super unprofessional. Now I have no idea if that was the manger because I only saw two people wearing name tags but she seemed to be since she sent someone home. This subway needs to learn how to be more professional.

They dont follow the ingredient orders on the app. Everytine I order my sandwiches comes sopped in mayo and we clearly de-select mayo. This is the WORST location for online delivery orders. Never Again.

The staff accidentally put chipotle on my sandwich and they were super nice about it and made me a new one even though I would’ve been fine with the chipotle. Great people. Very good cookies too.

It’s really disheartening to see how much this location has deteriorated. When I entered, I was rudely greeted by a teenager making the sandwiches, who asked, “What do you want?” I requested a cheese and chicken dipper, but he snapped back, “We don’t do those anymore,” which was confusing because it was still listed on the menu board. There were no signs indicating the change either. It would have been better if he had said that they discontinued it but offered a flatbread wrap with cheese and chicken as an alternative. While this option was more expensive, he could have made it sound appealing.
The only employee who seemed genuinely polite was the boy who was adding toppings to my sandwich. When I asked for the names of the other staff, he mentioned he was newer and was unsure. Normally, I always tip here, but during checkout, the same rude kid who started my experience on a negative note was at the register. At one point, he was struggling with a trash bag that had gotten stuck together and started cursing about it. A little boy, probably around five years old, was behind me and could overhear all of this.
I work in the same industry, and if I heard any of my team members behaving that way, they would be out of a job. No one is forcing you to work there; if you dislike your job this much and treat customers poorly, perhaps it’s time to reconsider your position.
