Definitely not my favorite pizza, but it was better than I remember it being. At $14 total for two of their 10 inch pizzas, it’s hard to complain. The dough tasted fresh, but their sauce is weird. It’s sweet with a bit of a kick to it. It was alright.

Why in the world am I ordering a pizza and getting connected to a call center in India? Papa John’s has gone downhill in quality and definitely customer service. The order got repeated black to me I paid. I was short an entire pizza. The first thing mentioned on the call is it will be recorded. Called and got back to the actual store and they said the missing pizza wasn’t added, even though he repeated it to me. They didn’t listen to the recording and just said oops it didn’t get added. We can give you a discount. Horrible. PJ’s trying to save a buck lost my business.

Great customer service!!! Owner was awesome! One of the young kids forgot to ask about dipping sauce, I called back and he added it on for me, no charge. Hassle free service….this is why I always go here! Tastes great, too!

So I ordered food at 7 and it said it would be delivered by 745. Its now almost 830 and so I called and asked what was going on and then they told me I have to keep waiting. When I asked for ranch sauce and garlic for my wait they said they couldn’t do that

We were in the plaza for other business and stopped in to get supper. Reviewing the paper menu, there was a coupon for 2 Lg pizzas w/2 toppings and a 2L soda for $22.22. No expiration date or specific ordering requirements listed. Clerk said ONLINE ONLY, so went online and no where was the special. Clerk “Couldn’t honor the special at the counter” Soooo we just left..

We don’t have Papa John’s often but today I received a text message for their Valentine’s day Heart shaped pizza with a dessert. So, okay, something fun let’s do it. Tell me how you forget the pizza?? I cannot make this up. They forgot the pizza. They did fix it and were apologetic but apparently we weren’t the only ones having messed up orders tonight because the girl behind the counter was running around apologizing to everyone who came in or called in. They were busy. 3 employees clearly were not enough for for this special.

Just order from Domino’s. This place was horrible. Bought a side of pizza sauce and got a table spoon amount. Got boneless Buffalo wings and half of the wings didn’t even have sauce on them. The pizza was insanely salty. Was chugging water for the rest of the night afyer eating 2 slices of this crap. I get one cheat meal a week and I wasted it on this trash.

They messed up the UberEats order and instead of giving me a Garlic Epic Stuffed Crust Extra Cheese pizza, a 2 liter Starry soda bottle, and Parmesan Garlic dipping sauce, they gave me a regular crust Pizza with extra cheese and just Garlic Dipping Sauce. They also forgot the 2 Liter Starry Soda Bottle. The Pizza was also not good at all. I was overcharged for the wrong order of mediocre pizza. First and last time I ever get Papa John’s.
