I ordered a footlong Philly, not toasted. I ordered extra meat, extra cheese.

I got a cold Philly where the meat wasn’t hot and no free cookies with upgrading to extra meat, extra cheese.

I informed the employee about the meat, but he had thrown away the little plastic dishes the meat comes in, so oh well.

I asked about the cookies for upgrading and I was told, “no cookies.”

This is the reason I hardly go out anymore. No one cares. They aren’t paid enough, so instead of asking for a raise or getting a better paying job, they take it out on their neighbors… who prolly aren’t getting paid enough.

I’m a disabled person who lives on a fixed income.

Subway today was my monthly treat to myself, only to be ruined by someone who couldn’t care less.

Thanks for nothing!

Ordered online and roommate picked up. The guy at the store told my roommate that there was 1 bag of chips, yet I paid for 3. All sandwiches ordered were supposed to be toasted, but were ice cold, and veggies raw. I tried to call and theres apparently no working number. So now im out 30$ for cold food, and missing chips. Thanks.

9/12/25 evening, 1st time hubby went to this Subway. The employee was very polite and proficient in making our order. My husband who never gives tips to Subways shops was so impressed with this employee he actually did. Everything was fresh. Thank you !!

It is absolutely negligent to schedule only one person. It’s poor customer service and shows that the manager does not care about their team. It is extremely dangerous, especially the part of town this subway is in. The employee working today was kicking her ass. It’s fantastic that this employee can do all of that by herself, however she shouldn’t have to.

8/8/2025: Went here to get a sandwich for my co worker and I and when I entered, the gentlemen at the front did not welcome me in. He asked me if I had a pick up order and when I said no he asked me again. When the other gentlemen came from the back to serve me, he seemed very irritated that I was there trying to order. He appeared just irritated at life and it’s like why are you working customer service? Our sandwiches were cold and really gross and it took me 5 minutes to get to work from when I was at subway so for my sandwiches to be that cold within 5 minutes is crazy to me. The guy put 5 black olives on my sandwich and when I asked for more, he said they were on strict portion precautions which I get it, but I felt like he could’ve gave me more than five black olives. I read the reviews before coming but my co worker was sure that this place was okay and well I disagree. Subway, you need to do better.

Sandwich was good, just wish I didn’t have to wait so long for it. Placed an online order, arrived to pick it up, was told it wasn’t made yet. Waited 10 minutes and come to find out the order wasn’t even mine. My sandwich was literally already done and just sitting there for 10-15 minutes. Whoever the two female employees were tonight need to do a little less laughing and joking and make sure they’re getting people’s orders right and not making them wait unnecessarily.
