My husband and I get our subs from this subway and when we order inside it’s great. However whenever we order online for takeout they always get my sandwich wrong. Every single time. We decided that they mess up too much to order online. It seems like if you aren’t there in person to ask for what you want maybe they feel they don’t need to do it right. Just what I feel.

No matter how specific you are in the app, order is never right 🙁 If you click the box for More or Less of something…you get Zero. Ordered More Lettuce, More Onions and Less jalapeños and got none of all three. I’ve had this issue at this location both times I’ve ordered thru the app. They are never busy and the instructions are clearly printed on the receipt that is taped to the bag… so I’m not sure where the disconnect is?? If you order thru the app…. Make sure you check your sandwich before you leave.

This place is terrible. The phone doesn’t work. Then, when I got to the store to get my order, it was some young punk kid with his pants down to his ankles, then the soda fountain only has a choice of maybe 4. Sodas, I suggest you go somewhere else. If you want good service

The store was out of alot of bread. Service was super slow and they put a massive to go order ahead of customers in the store. They disappeared to the back. There were 3 employees and two didn’t even think to help the people in the store. It took over 15 minutes to help myself and the others in the store. Very annoying. Disrespectful.

Well the food was good there was a homeless man out and laying in the middle pretty much of the yard right there in front of it it was kind of iffy going in it’s kind of filthy around the outside. First thing we noticed is there’s a note on the door stating that they are only taking debit or credit cards no cash and then when we do go up to the cashier and to talk to him cuz he’s the only one in there there’s no other person there with them it’s about 4:35 in the afternoon and he states to us that he’s not sure that the credit card machine is even working and he’s not sure he’s going to be able to take our coupons so we in turn had to just order first and pay to make sure that was going to go through causing him to build up a huge line behind us and so I don’t even think half those people stayed either I don’t know if their payments went through or what but your manager should have came in not leaving the boy there they should have had a machines fixed whatever they need to do they need to do some cleaning on the outside cleaning of the windows the pavement making sure the loitering around there didn’t need to be that could be quite intimidating to some people

I frequent this subway and was surprised they were out of bread. Understanding that it is popular I went with a different choice after getting my meal I wanted to utilize the tables outside but was greeted by many bees. Not sure if they have hive somewhere but was definitely not fun. I worry if anyone has an allergy and is affected. Otherwise love it.

Staff is wonderful I wish management help them out a little more than they did. Nobody should have to take 5 online orders and 6 customers at once it’s too stressful. Although I was helped and even taken care of by the wonderful woman I and other people wished we could have helped her as there were so many orders.
Sandwiches are always made correctly and cleanly.
