The store was out of alot of bread. Service was super slow and they put a massive to go order ahead of customers in the store. They disappeared to the back. There were 3 employees and two didn’t even think to help the people in the store. It took over 15 minutes to help myself and the others in the store. Very annoying. Disrespectful.

They mixed up my sandwiches and put the add on onto the wrong sandwiches. There was barely any meat in the sandwiches. They wouldn’t take my coupon or tell me that my coupon couldn’t be used. Ended up paying $44 for 3 sandwiches, 2 large drink and 2 bags of chips. When I went back, they threw them into the trash and remade them free, but wouldn’t refund, discount or give credit for future meals. This is the 3rd time I’ve had terrible service there and I think NO ONE, and I mean NO ONE, SHOULD EAT THERE!!!

The server, was only 1-person. There was a long line & people waiting in line left. I told her to get help. Her response was she has a week left of work. She really likes working in the front & not the back. She didn’t care if people were leaving. She was very slow on her service. There were four other people in front of me & by the time I was up to get service. The wait was 50-mins.

Don’t order from this location from the App…. They will not fulfill the order and send your DoorDash person on a hiatus only to cancel your order entirely! If I could give negative 10 stars it would be too little. Not the first time I’ve had issue with this store.

We were out late and hungry so we stopped into subway. While we were waiting we noticed there were 2 employees. One employee was making sandwiches and the other kept disappearing. Well the line kept getting longer and longer and the second employee resurfaced long enough to make 1 mobile order sandwich amd disappeared again. There was 9 people in the line at this point and he still went to the back and left his co worker to make all the sandwiches and ring up the food by himself. We sat in the restraunt and ate our meal and the whole 45 minutes we were there the 2nd worker never reappeared to help with the line. I give the young blond kid with the tattoos and buck eyebrow ring mad props for handling that rush alone. You sir deserve a huge raise. Your tan coworker should get reprimanded. That is total bs to leave someone alone with a line like that.

We wanted to shout out to Gabriel and Cody. These young men were very polite and top notch customer service. Our order was kinda of large which added to their already list of sandwiches to make. They kept calm and took control of situation. Gabriel took the time to go above and beyond to write names on the sandwiches, it’s the little things as a mom of 3. Thank you guys for making our dinner smooth.
