The store felt noticeably unclean that day. There was no ice in the machine, and another customer even pointed out the lack of basic cleanliness. The staff, unfortunately, didn’t come across as welcoming or particularly friendly.
When I tried to switch out a topping that turned out to be just cut-up tomatoes and onions instead of an actual salsa, I got a pretty curt response. I was basically told “that is salsa” rather than being offered a simple exchange, and then was informed a regular salsa would cost extra. It just felt like the staff wasn’t interested in making the experience positive.
In the end, it wasn’t the worst thing ever, but it was definitely one of the more disappointing Chipotle visits I’ve had. Given the location, I expected a bit more in terms of cleanliness and customer service. I won’t be returning to this location, and I hope they can improve for future customers. Thanks for reading!
When I brought it to the staff’s attention, I was immediately met with attitude and accused of planting it myself!!! Then I was told I “come in and do this all the time for refunds,” which is completely false and humiliating.
The employees were rude, combative, and completely unprofessional. As I was leaving, they even caused a scene outside!!! Instead of addressing this health hazard, I was publicly disrespected. I’ve been a loyal Chipotle customer for years, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in any restaurant!

Thought I would give it another shot and nothing has changed. Waited in line for 10 min (because they only have 1 person making orders at 8pm on a Friday)… only for them to yell out “we are out of white rice for 30 min”.
The reason I stopped coming before was because no matter when you would go they would inevitably be out of the most common ingredients (rice, guacamole, salsa, you name it). This is the result of poor management and employees who just don’t care.
How hard is it to anticipate that you are going to need to start rice (because you’re running low)? instead of waiting until you use the last scoop.

I had to repeat what I wanted in my burrito three times before they got it. No one asked if we wanted anything to drink or even if we wanted chips with our order. We almost had to bag our order ourselves when someone finally offered to help us with it.
I got a burrito and my wife got a burrito bowl. She asked for guacamole on it, but it looked brown and disgusting when we opened the lid. Not fresh at all.
At least some of the food tasted good. Chips would have been nice though.
It’ll probably be a while before trying this one again.
