Visited this location on 4/25/23 around 8:45pm. The rude female with the orange braids in her head working the cash register does NOT need to be serving customers with that kind of attitude. She asked “ is that it” when ringing my bowl up instead of “would that be all for you” or something customer service related. I asked for chips & she grabs the bag of chips & literally throws them into the bag with my burrito bowl. Then after I pay she pushes the bag towards me on the counter. Like shoves the bag towards me in a rude manner. I asked for a vinaigrette and she smacks her lips, sighs real loud & says “we don’t got none”. How about “I’m sorry we’re all out”. She really needs to be in the back cooking food because nothing about her say’s customer service friendly. Please have a discussion with her about customer service.

I forgot to leave a review a few weeks ago when I ordered from here for the first and last time. I placed an online order an hour before they closed. When I went to pick it up, the lady behind the counter told me they were out of steak. No problem, I can sub for chicken. At this point it was already 10 minutes past when the order should have been ready. She proceeded to help 5 customers in line, and then went to make my burrito. While I was waiting they ran out of over half the ingredients I had requested in my order. I left without my order since they didn’t have anything to make what I requested. Chipotle customer service was very helpful in issuing a refund, but I won’t be back to this Chipotle.

We were the only people in line when we arrived, and still had to wait 10+ minutes so they could make 8 (yes I counted…8) online orders before even saying hello to us. By the time they had made all of their online orders and ignored us, they were out of rice and we had to wait even longer. They were rude to me when I ordered a kid’s meal fort sibling at home, and sold us a bag of incredibly stale chips. We tried to call multiple times to have our chips replaced or refunded, and they answered the phone but ignored us while talking to other customers in person. Terrible experience.

Filthy restaurant. Bags of rubbish stacked on the floor next to the trash areas inside the restaurant. Food holding area obviously not cleaned and food safely standards non-existent. The worst part was the men’s restroom. A homeless intoxicated person came out of the stall and blew beer from his mouth onto the private area of a person using the urinal. Totally dystopian experience. Regional management clearly doesn’t care about the East side Cleveland-area locations.

Ordered a catering order for son’s graduation. Did it 24hrs in advance(as stated on the site). Get to the restaurant and they didn’t have the food prepared. Then one of the workers got combative and used profanity. She said it was only 2 people working. I told her I understand that and I’m very emphatic but that had nothing to do with my order. I will never go there again.

My wife came in for lunch. The worst chipotle we have ever been to. The worst restaurant we have ever been to. The food was extremely salty and nearly uneatable. The women working was tossing the food into the bowl like it was meant to be eaten by pigs and not humans. The store manager of this place should be embarrassed. The employees working there seemed like they did not want to live let alone work. It is sad to see a place like this in legacy village. Chipotle should be embarrassed.

The food there is never cooked fully, they take the food off the grill without making sure it is cooked fully. The manager there should not be the manager. She sucks as a manager. Restaurant runs out of everything. Everyone is rude to customers. They need to fire everyone there and rehire all new staff. Everyone is rude. Do not go to this store if u want fresh food. Hate this store. Go to another chipotle! Any chipotle will do! All the managers are rude here. Every single one of them. Especially the GM. She’s the worst of them all. NEW GM DEF NEEDED.

Unfortunately the 1 star rating is minimal one can give. No utensils, takes online order only, quite dirty. Clearly the food desk doesn’t even get swiped once/ hour. Corporate ought to look into this particular store and it’s management
