Came to pickup a mobile order at 6:49 … came to a trashed restaurant and mobile order station is shut down due to short staff per Byron the MOD. Cashier is wearing same gloves to collect money and put cheese on top of customers bowls. My mobile order continues to be put behind other customers just walking in at 6:49 during prime dinner rush. My order is running on ten minutes late with no sign of being made soon. Byron the manager says they are “making it” I’m still standing here watching everyone else order being made but mine. Also this restaurant is out of vinaigrette. There is a reason people are saying chipotle has gone downhill. The legacy village location is a perfect example why.

I wasn’t going to make this but this is probably the 5th time I’ve received guac like this. The lighting doesn’t show how brown it is. For charging extra it shouldn’t be brown. Also having to pay extra for stuff just for my bowl to not be full what so ever. The beans are always mashed or undercooked.

Walked in to try and get a half chicken half barbacoa bowl I’m given 95% chicken and a couple snippets of barbacoa and they charge me for extra barbacoa so an extra $5 for one forkful of the meat, that guy was so high I do not understand how he was even standing

I visited this Chipotle recently, hoping for a quick and smooth lunch pick-up. I ordered ahead for a 3:30 PM pick-up time, but when I arrived right on time, my food wasn’t ready. While that was a minor inconvenience, what really stood out was the overall atmosphere and service.

The store felt noticeably unclean that day. There was no ice in the machine, and another customer even pointed out the lack of basic cleanliness. The staff, unfortunately, didn’t come across as welcoming or particularly friendly.

When I tried to switch out a topping that turned out to be just cut-up tomatoes and onions instead of an actual salsa, I got a pretty curt response. I was basically told “that is salsa” rather than being offered a simple exchange, and then was informed a regular salsa would cost extra. It just felt like the staff wasn’t interested in making the experience positive.

In the end, it wasn’t the worst thing ever, but it was definitely one of the more disappointing Chipotle visits I’ve had. Given the location, I expected a bit more in terms of cleanliness and customer service. I won’t be returning to this location, and I hope they can improve for future customers. Thanks for reading!

On 06/13/25, I found a strand of hair in my food while dining in here.

When I brought it to the staff’s attention, I was immediately met with attitude and accused of planting it myself!!! Then I was told I “come in and do this all the time for refunds,” which is completely false and humiliating.

The employees were rude, combative, and completely unprofessional. As I was leaving, they even caused a scene outside!!! Instead of addressing this health hazard, I was publicly disrespected. I’ve been a loyal Chipotle customer for years, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in any restaurant!

Great experience! Food was fresh and given in a good portion. Staff was great. Best part was restaurant was CLEAN. Been to so many recently that were filthy it was nice to go to one that was actually clean and the pop machine worked!!! Only negative is phone service sucked in there and the chipotle app wouldn’t open or even load.

Literally the worst run Chipotle in existence. Stopped coming here 2 years ago because it was so poorly run and mis-managed.

Thought I would give it another shot and nothing has changed. Waited in line for 10 min (because they only have 1 person making orders at 8pm on a Friday)… only for them to yell out “we are out of white rice for 30 min”.

The reason I stopped coming before was because no matter when you would go they would inevitably be out of the most common ingredients (rice, guacamole, salsa, you name it). This is the result of poor management and employees who just don’t care.

How hard is it to anticipate that you are going to need to start rice (because you’re running low)? instead of waiting until you use the last scoop.

Never seen such an energetic and joyful crew do so little work. Several items were out, no ice in the drink machine, mess everywhere. No line and still took several minutes for someone to begin getting our order.

The service wasn’t that great. It wasn’t busy at all, but the employees seemed more interested in their personal conversation than taking our order.

I had to repeat what I wanted in my burrito three times before they got it. No one asked if we wanted anything to drink or even if we wanted chips with our order. We almost had to bag our order ourselves when someone finally offered to help us with it.
I got a burrito and my wife got a burrito bowl. She asked for guacamole on it, but it looked brown and disgusting when we opened the lid. Not fresh at all.

At least some of the food tasted good. Chips would have been nice though.

It’ll probably be a while before trying this one again.
