I ordered a sandwich from the online app here last Saturday, as I have done many times before. I walked into the store 10 minutes after the app said my sandwich would be ready. I walked directly to the vertical tray they have for pickup orders. There were no orders on the tray as it was empty. This was not the first time this had happened to me at this location. Often, the order would be ready but still on the counter behind the glass. I did not notice any order back there either. There were 5 customers in front of me at that point. I only noticed 1 female employee behind the counter. On their screen in store providing information about online orders I noticed my order went from pending to ready. Still no sign of another employee in sight. I ordered online for convenience as I was headed to work. I was never acknowledged. I waited 10 minutes but I had to leave…without my order. I tried calling the store over the next hours and day. Nobody ever answered…there was no opportunity to leave a voicemail. 2 days later I noticed that my card had been charged $10.34 for my order even though I was unable to pick it up.
My summary is purely this…I had put up with mediocre service in the past at this location. No more. You have lost my families business. I even left the employee a tip ahead of time.
Whoever the franchisee is of this location…I do not know how you are able to maintain your business. If you do not have enough employees then roll up your sleeves and try to save your business. Because I assure you, it is failing and I will do my part to ensure that it does. Eaton is a community full of hard working families. I work hard for my money. In essence you took my hard earned money without providing your services. In my mind that is theft…

Me and my boyfriend showed up around 840 pm. We went their last week and their like was almost completely empty so out of curiosity I asked about it and the little curly head girl said, “once it gets close to closing time we start putting stuff away” which I though was weird. I made my own sandwich and my bf got the #24. His was so sloppy and messy and mine was just so full of lettuce I should’ve just asked for a salad. When we closed out our total came around $23 and we handed them $25. The curly head girl stated that they were out of ones and if we were ok with only getting 83 cents back. Speechless we just nodded. Not to mention their was no ice for our drinks. Rather go to the one Ault at this point.

Extremely dirty all the time, food isn’t fresh especially the veggies. The only time you see them do any cleaning is when they have an inspection coming up.

The staff i very very rude and acts like they are better than you. Onto of that they single people out if cards get decided, even if you lock you card for security reasons which that was the case for me. These people need to be let go. 3 times with in 6 months. This staff are the rudest I have ever delt with in a food restaurant.

Went in for a 15 dollar steak sandwich ordered at the kiosk and got toasted bread cold meat and cheese and no where near enough spread. I want my money back but I only had enough time off work to grab my messed up lunch. Thanks

Their employee named David is always a jerk to his coworkers and to customers. Today was the 5th-6th time he has been obnoxious, interrupting and mocking his coworkers. Today he was super rude to us and when I called him out he started lying about his name (no name tag) and the managers name. He even tried to tell me his name was Charlie, which was the other employee who was super helpful and nice. Clearly a cocky kid who gets away with poor behavior and thinks he’s something.
Plus they are repeatedly out of food, today they were almost completely out of bread, just 5 sandwiches worth left. Management really needs to get it together at this store and keep your employees in check.

This location really needs to update the take-out/delivery acceptance time. Waste of time showing up for my order and the store was closed. I would AVOID ordering for delivery at this location until they fix the issue.
