Most Marcos are fairly average,,,decent but nothing to write home about.. But this one…on Buford Highway in Suwanee, GA is absolutely fantastic!!!

American style. Pizza sauce is simple but the pizza is delicious, they do use a brick oven and the place is clean and has indoor dinning and an indoor patio with TVs. My overall experience was great and I’m glad I tried this place out. I would come here again if I’m in the area. They do accept credit cards and online ordering. Avoid the bathrooms

We went for lunch and it was mostly empty except for a few folks picking up orders. There are no printed menus and if you have trouble reading small print on a changing wall menu then good luck ordering.

We decided to eat on the covered porch and every table was dirty so we came back inside. The tables were not cleaned very well but we made due. Seems with the lack of customers eating in that they would have had plenty of time to wipe down the tables. The drink fountain machine was not working so you had to buy bottled drinks.

The food was okay. We got a sub and a pizza bowl. They came in to go containers, not on a plate like you would think with a sit down restaurant.
Overall the food was okay, price is what you expect from a pizza place between $10 – $15 per person. But I doubt we’ll go back.

The dough is not fully cooked. I ordered the Works and the toppings looked like they were added just on top of the pizza without being cooked. We did not doubt but after found that the dough was not cooked fully.. I just stopped eating.

Had to wait over five minutes to even be greeted. Phone has been ringing for eight minutes straight.

Every table is dirty with no one in the store, including half eaten pizza on a booth bench.

Emergency exit is open, employees obviously just sit at a table in the dining room since their bags are there.

We used to love Marco’s but this location needs to be reclaimed from the franchisee. It’s disgusting and we will not be back under current ownership.

I’ve been a weekly/bi-weekly customer of Marco’s since 2016. Store #8106 has been my local store since 2020 and I must admit that the quality of the product and customer service has been gone down hill over the past 18-months.

The store has horrible customer service, most visits to the location resemble a college kickback. You’re typically not greeted when entering and unsure of who actually works there. The appearance and quality of food is also poor. I love the brand, but this location is not worth my dollars.

I ordered three pizzas, one was supposed to have no green peppers or mushrooms. All pizzas arrived looking like a grease trap and absolute trash which made perfect sense once I saw who made them. (Read further) I just got to the house after a long work week and opened my pizza box to see large CHUNKS of green peppers and an abundance of mushrooms. Cool, no problem, I’ll just call and get it taken care of right? Wrong! I was on hold for 20 minutes before I loaded up the pizza and receipt to drive to the store. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt and thought, they’re probably just really busy since it’s Friday night so they can’t answer the phone. Nope! I walked in while still on the phone waiting on hold. There were two employees. One was sitting at a booth with an entire pizza in front of him eating. The other was walking towards the countertop from the booths. I could tell she just stood up. She had that nervous energy that someone has when they’re boss catches them sitting around when they’re supposed to be working. There was no hustle or bustle in this place. Their phone was not ringing off the hook. She asked what she could help me with, I started by showing my phone to her and stating, “This is how long I have been on hold with your store.” She replied, “Oh that’s weird”. She then did a half glance and arm stretch towards the phone as though she was really trying to discern why she had not seen my call. I showed her the receipt which clearly said no green peppers and no mushrooms. Then I opened the box to show her the pizza that had so many green peppers on it that the Hulk could have just exploded onto it and so many mushrooms that it would have exceeded the volume found in every Super Mario Bros game ever made. She asked if I wanted my money back and I said, “Yeah, but what I really want back is my time I’ve spent trying to get you to fix your mistake.” HEY OWNER! They’re not answering calls or taking orders! You’re losing money with these employees. I’m not ordering from here again. I could care less what somebody looks like at a pizza place, but if you’re going to hire slobs or people who look like they’ve lost 15 rounds of tattoo roulette, the least you could do is make sure they’re remotely competent or care enough to answer phones. They’re sitting and chilling opposed to answering phones and completing orders with any sort of basic standards.

I ordered from here on 11/17/22. First order it was completely raw. They said they will remake it.. the second time it was Raw as well.

Then they said there oven is broken and they were still making order for all customers.

I was told to complain to the store manager to fix the oven lol.

DO NOT order from here unless you want to get sick from raw dough!

Also the lady manger on duty davon had an attitude!
