Me and friends and I walked in there to get a good sandwich and we saw a girl that goes to our school and she decided to hide and stop serving customers and there was like 10 people in line and she decided to leave it to this very humble young man. This was on June 2, 2023 at like 6pm. This guy was a good man but the girl was not.

I stopped in quick at this subway but I wish I hadn’t. The person making my sandwich was clearly new, however, no one taught them that constantly changing gloves is important?? I watched them check the person in front of me out, then make my sandwich with the same gloves. Then they checked me out on the register. Then moved on to the next person with the exact same gloves. Absolutely disgusting.

By far the worst subway ever. They never have bread or all of the toppings. Today we went here and they were out of Turkey and white bread. What in the world kind of a subway runs out of turkey and white bread at 6:30pm. Staff is untrained and unprofessional. Horrible service. We have been here a handful of times giving them a chance as my daughter loves subway. Everytime at dinner time they are out of something. I would recommend never going to this subway!

Is this store shutting down? Staff is always kind and efficient but they’re always out of everything. Drink cooler empty, frequently no chips, out of bread, and other sandwich fixings frequently. I want to keep supporting them but it’s getting a bit ridiculous.

In a few weeks ago and when I filled my cup with ice I noticed black specks all over it that looked like mold. If they allow their ice machine to get that dirty I can only imagine what the back is like. Needless to say my food went in the trash.

This by far is the worst subway we have been to. We arrived at 8:15 and upon ordering our food we were told that the only bread available was jalapeño cheese bread. Then when it came time to build the sandwich we were told that there wasn’t any lettuce. We could see that the containers had been put away and the clerk simply didn’t want to be bothered. How can you run a sandwich shop with no bread or a key item like lettuce. It also didn’t help that the clerk didn’t seem to really care and just kept picking his teeth with the tooth pick he had in his mouth. Will not go back. We are being generous by giving you a 1 star rating.

Young female high school worker had a bad attitude! She was snobby when she prepared our sandwiches and when we returned for cookies she forgot to give us she couldn’t simply hand over cheap cookies to my daughter, I had to go in myself to request them and she purposefully made me wait extra and again gave attitude. Come to this location often as it is near my work. I always order online, and typically my order is ready during the time I need to get to my car and drive over, 10min. I understand it can be busy, but it is not acceptable to take orders of people that have walked in and it is well past the time to be processing an online order of someone who is waiting there. Order confirmed at 12:15. Arrived at store at 12:25. Received order at 12:45. At least a dozen people came in after me and all had their food and left before I received mine. The kicker was that they acknowledged I was waiting and then informed me that the spinach wrap was defrosting. I told them tomato was fine. Now i would expect that then they would make my food, but no, i saw them take other orders and i waited 10 min. Then i loved how even after seeing me wait, there was no apology.

The DM needs a come to Jesus meeting with the store manager here. Simply put, I’ve been here twice about a month apart, and both times they’ve been understaffed. I only went here for a change.
