I’m leaving this review because of Ernesto. I have stopped leaving reviews for fast chain restaurants because the expectation over the last few years has gone way down. I will however shout out Ernesto. He really puts thought and care into building sandwiches. They are delicious when he makes them and he layers to perfection. When he’s not there I can’t order because it’s a disaster. Sandwiches made wrong, super attitude from the staff, no washing hands or changing gloves for veggie sandwiches. Ernesto is always friendly and efficient even when busy. So thank you Ernesto. Reminds me of Subway when I was a teenager in the 90’s!!

I have never had a good experience at this subway location everytime I came in It was extremely dirty they never had good looking produce my sandwich was always sloppy and the bread so hard I could hardley eat it. HOWEVER!!!!! tonight none of this was true i came in a little later then normal but witnessed 2 awesome employees (hailey the assistant manager, and ernesto) doing an amazing job cleaning the store as soon as they saw me they greeted me and immediately came to serve me they made my sandwhich look amazing and gave top notch customer service they did such a good job I left a 12 dollar tip and will definitely be back very soon thanks again you guys you rock!!!!! 10 outta 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I used to love going to this location but tonight was an awful experience. We showed up around 7:30 they were out of 3 different breads and a couple meats, the veggy options were FROZEN green peppers, onions, pickles, cucumbers and spinach. I ordered the flat bread because my usual option was gone. They must have changed their bread because it was as thin as or tortilla and for some reason they either decided to roll my Sandwich as a wrap instead of folding it in half. Then they were out of bags for the cookie so wrapped it in a sandwich wrapper which caused it to break in two different areas. Just overall a terrible disappointing experience.

From the moment I walked in Chris seemed visibly annoyed and had an attitude toward me, even though I was the only customer in the store. The interaction was unwelcoming and unprofessional. Sorry, but it’s not my fault you’re choosing to make sandwiches for a living.

They don’t wash their hands before they put on new gloves. Clean the food deck with their hands and then d your sandwich. They make a sandwich then grab the toaster oven handle that looks as if it never been washed.i used to work for the health dept. this is so wrong.
Skimpy with ingredients. Running out of ingredients!

My son and I went into get sandwiches. My son is 4 and brought in some old ear buds he was playing with, he accidentally left them by the fountain machine. A nice lady brought them to the counter. Which I instantly new they where my son’s. The boy behind the counter started to argue with me about me trying to take them from someone else, and I needed to prove they are mine. If you have cameras at that store I would love to see my son holding them when we walked in. Then I called a short time later to speak to his manager and guess who answered!! Then he proceeded to ask me why I needed the manager and why it was such a big deal! Well my son is 4 and his big brother gave him those and this boy at subway took them and didn’t give them back. So thank you for taking that from my son. I will be calling back to talk to the manager I’m told his name is Chris. Heaven forbid you ever set something down somewhere

Just picked up an order from this subway, and the order was completely wrong, the bread on both sandwiches were messed, the wrong sandwich was toasted, topping that were supposed to be on one or the other was completely messed up, plus just missing ingredients. Just crazy to me that men in their 40s couldn’t make a simple sandwich nor contact the number provided on the order to say they were out of something if that was the case. Definitely will not be coming back.

NEVER order from this Subway if you want any of it right (delivery). 4th time in a row I’ve ordered from here, every time messed up. I want white chip macadamia nut cookies? Here’s cheesecake cookies. Want double roast beef? here’s half of the normal amount of roast beef. I never write bad reviews but this is insane. This time I ordered 2 sandwiches one 6 inch tuna with cheese and black pepper – simple right? I get half scoop of tuna, no cheese or black pepper. Other sandwich I got the beast – expensive but maybe they’ll get it right? I didn’t receive lettuce, pickles, or mayo that I asked instead they threw in Jalapenos which I’m allergic to so there’s a $20 sandwich that I have to throw away.
I get it, they don’t get paid a lot and so it’s hard to care but 4 times on expensive sandwiches getting not what you ordered is kind of insane. Go in person, right? I try to order extra roast beef on my sandwich and dude behind the counter makes snide comments “I mean whatever I guess it’s your money to waste” “kinda crazy you’d be willing to spend extra for more roast beef but not my sandwich I guess” eyes rolling, glares, etc. I’ve worked in fast food and customer service a lot so I get it but just make the damn sandwich and shut up because he’s right, it IS my money to spend on roast beef if I want it.
This location is less than a mile away from my house but there’s not a single chance in hell I’ll be ordering from here again I mean how do you mess up a 3 item sandwich on accident??

I ordered through the app and my sandwiches were wrapped and waiting for me… so convenient, except they were completely different from what I ordered. Maybe when they make a sandwich wrong, they put it in the next online order? … The one I ate was fresh and tasty. Just different meat, bread, and toppings from what I ordered.

I really enjoyed my experience overall today. The food was perfect the staff was very pleasant and where trying to keep up with all the orders. It would be wonderful if in the world we live in today that customers would cut the employees some slack when there is a line out the door. Hayley and Ernesto where working as fast as possible and seem to have a pretty good rhythm down. I recommend meeting the team and getting some great food.
