I went to the drive thru. Ordered a crispy onion whopper with no lettuce or tomato. I asked for thos 2 things to be removed because I am deathly allergic. And they decide oh hey let’s leave the lettuce and tomato on it. Why cant people follow simple instructions. Will not be going back to the establishment after this. And had to throw away my food. So thanks

Lord have mercy. Had to take off half the bun to find the burger. Asked for pickles and ketchup only and got 2 tiny pickles. Ketchup packets stuck together with God knows what on them. Service was great, though!

I didn’t get food because they told me I had to wait to even place my order because they were “busy”…there was one car waiting for a drivethru order and not a single other customer in the restaurant ♀️..I just left, I knew it would be 15 minutes once I placed my order, which is fine they cook the fish to order. They were in no hurry to take my order, so looking at 30 minutes to get a fish sandwich and fries …I didn’t want it that badly. Fast food , nope

This local needs real help with customer service. With 5 employees working and no other patrons in line. Not a single person acknowledged the fact I was standing at the counter. I was then further ignored when an employee came in walked to the back clocked in and then had another employee ring her food up at the register next to me. I walked out. No reason to come here only to be ignored. I went to Hardee’s where i was greated and was tended to immediately.

We are currently waiting on our food. It has been 12 minutes since we ordered. Staff member said he doesn’t know how to make a firey wrap, manager had to walk him through it. The rest of the food waited while they had to cook the chicken to make the wrap. Literally, no customers in this store and one in the drive thru. They were out of numerous things, floor was sticky. Staff was in no rush to do anything. Absolutely horrible. By the way still waiting, it has now been 15 minutes. And we only ordered one regular burger, a wrap and chicken fries. Just wow.
