If I could give 0 stars I would they have the rudest employees ever if I were you up the street from this one is a friendlier nicer subway don’t come to this one I’ve given it multiple chances because I live only 3 mins away from this one. The rudest one was this rude older white lady I went in at 1pm on Feb 12th with my family I couldn’t get a word in she just kept rushing when there was no line mind you it was empty, I’m also pregnant and told her to toast my sandwich because I can’t eat deli un cooked I could get sick and she was very rude about that just over all there’s better subways out there don’t come here.

Ann and Adrian were very helpful. I was ordering three sandwich’s and it was a smooth transaction. i asked for crispy bacon and Adrian took the time to heat it up multiple times making sure if it was right. It was clean and the smell was so good… I bet the staff go home smelling like subway or maybe just yeast from making the bread

Hands down the best Subway location in Thornton. Store is always clean, they always have bread and stock. The staff is always pleasant, kind and respectful to customers. I won’t go to any other location.

I did a curbside pickup order and I pulled up 10 mins early and they brought out my food 7 mins early before I even said I was there! It was excellent service! So fast! The food was fresh, made well and I know I’ll be coming back again and again! It also looked like there was only one young guy working so that’s amazing!!

The workers would not stop “gossiping” about a customer previous and were not focused on making my food. Amenda (I think that’s how it’s spelled) was the one making our food and was very sloppy with it. Aside from the sandwiches, we ordered nachos (that she was visibly upset that we ordered them to begin with) she ended up burning them because quite a few chips came out black from the toaster and didn’t bother replacing them. Horrible customer service and food was mid.
