I work nights, so I wasn’t aware that this location opened at 9am, and when I went, it was only 8:30.

Seeing as it was closed, I headed back towards my truck, but a wonderful nice lady named Gail came out, and opened the store 1/2 hour early for me. She was kind, compassionate, considerate, observant, and amazing while communicating.

I will be recommending, and coming back (after 9am of course).

Stopped here to grab a quick sandwich for dinner after a long day and Dorian was working. It was pretty busy and he was so sweet and patient! He showed off his bad ass customer service skills!! He was asking everyone how their day was and just being awesome. He was very patient the a customer who wasn’t exactly being friendly and that is not typical these days. I hope his boss sees this review and gives him a raise a promotion or at least a week off, paid! He needs to know that he is doing a great job!! THANK YOU, DORIAN!!!

Older lady working tonight around 8 pm (didn’t have name tag but had hair in ponytail) was super rude and had a horrible attitude. I ordered a BMT and she talked down to me sarcastically asking me if I wanted meat or no meat and kept making me repeat myself. Rudely told me to give detail… Mayo was out and veggies were frozen. Customer service would be zero stars!

I normally don’t like to come to places an hour before they close but the guy who helped me was so nice didn’t make me feel like a bourbon, I was sad cause they only had barely an pickles left I ask if he can pour the juice on top of my sandwich cause I normally ask for extra pickles and he did! It was so simple but the customer service was great! Thank you!

Isiah and Vanesa were really nice, but i noticed that the slicer was really filthy and made me feel like the food I was going to eat would get me sick. I took these pictures while they were getting ingredients in the fridge.

Came in about 30 minutes before closing with a very hungry football player. Isaiah was working alone on a Friday night and had just the best attitude he was so kind and friendly even though we came in the middle of his cleaning up. Everyone should have an Isaiah working for them.

I’m not sure what’s going on at this location, but If they want to keep customers they had better get rid of their daytime help from 1/22 and 1/23. She is SO RUDE and makes people very uncomfortable while ordering. Either get rid of her, or get her some help. She works by herself! Makes the service bad and the quality of the subs TERRIBLE!

We went to the subway off 86th and Washington, the lady working was so nasty and rude to us that we just walked out of that restaurant and headed up to 103rd and Washington and what a difference, Robert was so pleasant , and the food was good , felt very comfortable.. shout out to Robert on 103rd and Washington in Thornton, co 80229

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had visiting a Subway or ANY fast food restaurant. Both of the ladies working, a younger girl and and older lady were the absolute rudest people I have ever encountered. They acted like us coming in to the empty restaurant ruined their whole day. Before we even made it in the door the younger girl yelled “how many sandwiches” then was rude the entire time she was asking us what bread, types of Sandwhiches, cheese, etc. The older lady came out to do toppings and kept saying like “I need more info from you” I literally got lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and mayo and said thats it. Then she kept asking me if I was done and I had to say yes 4 times before she started wrapping the sandwhich. Then as we were getting drinks, the younger girl came out and was sighing as we were filling our cups. Another car pulled up and she said to the older lady “do you want to take this customer because I don’t.” I was going to warn the next customer going in. I have never wanted to call 2 women horrible names before but they were miserable rude people who should not be in service jobs ever.
