The both Employees were extremely RUDE! There was 1 girl before me and they were both PROBABLY high…so they were staying behing the bar doing NOTHING! THE first dude take slize of cheese and cut it in 4! The gay after him cime and say that if he put ANOTHER cheese will be EXTRA CHARGE! THEY give me frozen veggie Patty…and when i REQUESTED why? He said this is the way they SERVE IT!!! Frozen….offule!
The bred is dry and cold also!

Not a great ordering experience. Ordered a footlong chicken sub on flatbread. For some reason they made it in the wrong direction on the flatbread so it ended up being a 6″ with a lot of extra flatbread and not the usual amount of toppings.

This is actually sad. I don’t come often, but sometimes I come, and I always had good experiences, mostly with the workers. People super kind and with really good vibes. But today was unacceptable. I ordered a footlong and I asked the girl about the sizes and she was super rude, also when I asked her anything she was just shushing at everything, in one moment I asked her for mozzarella and she answered me “wait I’m not flash” when I was kindly asking for it bc I though she was finished. Then, people started to come and she was super rude with the other people. I mean, if you don’t like to work, just don’t, but you can’t just “work” in customer service and be rude with people that haven’t make anything to you.
I just hope this restaurant hires better staff that really want and need the job. And don’t waste the time with this kind of people.

Shopping at 16th street mall with my lady when we became peckish. Stopped at the subway for a bite to eat. The restaurant was very clean and orderly the food fresh and top quality. However the real star of the show was the sandwich artist Sterling he was not just a sandwich artist but a sandwich Jedi master! He challenged me to a blind tasting and made super delicious roast beef melt that was mmmm mmmm good .
He is a real stand up fella and a marine vet. So Sterling thank you for your service both here in the sandwich shop and abroad . Sterling is a credit to his shop and the nation.

I placed an order at 6:20, and they told my driver they were no longer taking orders. My driver got there at 6:40, and they close at 8:00. How are you this lazy? If you werent accepting online orders TWO HOURS BEFORE CLOSE then you should have canceled the order.

Also, your phone number on google has no service. Fix it so I can chew you out in private instead of smearing it all over online.

I’ve given this place a chance 3 times. That’s the end for me. Never get my order right. Always try to charge for a 12 inch when I order a 6. Staff all act as if it’s a huge inconvenience to actually do their job. Sorry sub par Subway. Jimmy John’s is about a block away and better food anyway.

Great as usual, it’s convenient because it’s close to my office and I can order from the app, although it said closed for Sunday they are open. I had the Italian cold cut combo on the artisan cheese bread with baked lay chips, made to my liking. Hopefully the improvements being done on 16th st will help all the businesses and hopefully make it more inviting for visitors and locals alike. Always friendly and respectful, not sure what all the negative reviews are for. I guess it’s like any place it can be hit or miss, but I have been coming here off and on for over 4 years.

Slowest fast-food experience ever in my life. The guy at the counter would take forever to do anything. It’s like I was at the DMV in Zootopia. It took me 45 minutes to get one footlong sub, despite the fact that there were only 2 folks ahead of me in there.

The ‘manager’ named Maria has the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. She was rude from the moment I walked in. The first thing I noticed was that she wasn’t wearing a mask behind the counter. I asked her if she wouldn’t mind putting her mask one while preparing my order. She snapped at me immediately and said, ‘this whole virus is a joke and I don’t have to wear one’. I told her to cancel the order and just refund me as I wasn’t comfortable with her preparing it. She rolled her eyes and said, ‘I don’t want to serve you anyway’.

I have been to this location several times as I work downtown. EVERY time I come in, she always has an attitude. She definitely should not work with customers if she hates dealing with people so much. I do recommend the Subway location on Lawrence St, they are phenomenal there!

Avoid this Restaurant!!! Employees have no respect for their customers. They have no qualms giving attitude. And let’s talk about their lack of wearing masks. One guy in the back had no mask and was handling products in clear view of the customers, and was eating whole he was handling the food. And I got food poisoning from the wilted gross letter that the rude employee in the front heaped on…. When I arrived early for my $20 to go order, and walked up to the register to pick it up, I was great rudely with an attitude filled “MAY I HELP YOU???” Will not ever come back!!! This Subway is the only subway open that serves all the Door Dash, Uber Eats, and numerous other food delivery services in the Downtown Denver Area, but five food poisoning to their customers!!! Recommend closing this store, and removing the franchise license of the owner!!! I also using a different location with better food health standards, more customer service trained employees to serve the food delivery services, because this one is not even subpar.
