No surprise here, no subway can READ a mobile order. Ordered Deluxe/extra cheese, asked to toast extra even put it in the notes. Tipped when I came in. They made it “correct” ingredient wise, but ripped me off on my extra cheese and deluxe I PAID for, It’s right at the beginning of the sandwich instructions! They didn’t even TOAST the sandwich!
Sad. Only pro was the kind service. Will not be returning.

I used to be the manager of this store (Aug 17-Jan18). I miss it, I miss trying to make people happy, even if it’s just a few more tomatoes or extra toasted because they asked…I wasn’t always the best on attitude, but I wanted to hear people out when possible… All I hear is people complain about this location now.
I Just couldn’t work with an owner that wanted to take over the store with only one week subway experience when he came in. I’ve done it for over 5 years and just like that I was replaced, I was pretty invested and my efforts were thrown out pretty quick. Good luck to this store.
I go in for an ICEE on ocassion. Always seems like the owner and his wife are running the show with some half trained kids.

I was the only customer and stood by the counter for several minutes before anyone came our to help. The associate was not great on customer service. Didn’t ask anything about my sandwich. Didn’t ask if I wanted it toasted, but did toast it. When I was asked if I wanted a drink I asked if they had anything other than soda and he said “No”. They actually do have lemonade, tea, water, Gatorade.
The dining area was a mess, but out of the two associates working none of them were out cleaning.

The lady there today, who had the brave tattoo on her arm was very nice very sweet and I am very appreciative of her, especially since she said that she had been up since 3 AM. She was rocking it. She was slowly getting busy while I was there, but she was making sure that everyone was getting taken care of. She was greeting everyone so I feel like she is doing an amazing job.

Too bad I can’t leave 0 stars! Now I know why this place is always empty! Will never go back. Skimped our our meat and when they were called out on it they reluctantly added more. We frequent Subway shops so we knew what was going on! The Mgr from India was very rude! I hope your district manager reads this!!

Sore didn’t open until 8:45 the guy working made me wait 15 minutes. Then he takes a personal call halfway through my order. The food was cold and the orange juice he gave me was bad buy over a week. I couldn’t return it to him tho because he left for 20 minutes with no one else in the place.

So something is going on with management because my last two times I have got sandwiches they have been messed up. First time didn’t get the proper amount of meat I paid for and now the bottom of the bread is rock hard. I unfortunately will not be back. It also helps to have someone who speaks English working here which they also have lost.

I’m not sure who the girl is with the curly hair and blue eyes but i just want to say she is the sweetest, most patient young person I’ve ever met. I was met with attitude from whoever she was working with but she came right over and handled with such grace. She made my sandwich exactly how I wanted which doesn’t always happen from some of the other workers there. I always hope she’s there when I come in because I know I will be treated well and my food will be right. Give her a raise!

Avoid this Subway. 2nd time I’ve given them a try. Ordered 2 kids ham meals from the get go and a 6” subway club. My club had barely any meat on it, so little that with the sandwich closed it looked like just bread. Plus the lady making the food talked so soft I had to stick my head over the glass to hear her after she asked the same question 3 times! Go to pay – asks me if I want a drink or chips. Since I asked for the kids meals upfront I assume she meant for my sub so I say no. After I pay I ask about the kids drinks and she says she didn’t ring them in as meals. The cookies I got were hard like they weren’t fresh or overcooked. $18.15 for 2 mini subs, 6” with 98% bread, and 2 hard cookies. And this is the second time it has been like this. Subway used to have decent sandwiches but obviously were cutting costs at the customers expense. Save yourself the hassle, go to Jimmy Johns or something instead.

This place is disgusting, I went in on a Wednesday around 1 for two sandwiches. After seeing the veggies I barely got anything on them since the lettuce looked brown the jalapeños were shriveled and looked dry and the tomatoes looked mushy and gross. The bread tasted stale and was hard on the ends. I will say the two people that helped me were very polite and nice.
