I shop at Walmart only because there is not a target in the area. I like subway but this one I have given the benefit of the doubt too much. Half the time it’s closed because they don’t have staff. The other half of the time when you can get service it is dirty (literally bugs flying around last time and had to leave), and I don’t think they have cleaned the pop area since it opened. I understand in this day and age the staffing issues but then just don’t have it. I’m honestly surprised the health department has not shut it down. The staff they have is nice but the company needs to figure this store out.

The service received from the young lady behind the counter brought the rating UP to 3 star or else it would be a 1.5-2.0. She was courteous & friendly and quickly prepared my order. I was in around 2:00pm on a Monday & it was very slow, maybe 4-5 other people during my 39 minute visit. Almost every table was dirty and had not been cleaned as well as the floor. 4 of the 8 selections did not work at the soda fountain. Root beer doesn’t have a tag but also did not work.

Couldn’t build my own sandwich wanted it toasted and the guy said that my sandwich doesn’t get toasted and he put honey Mustard on my sandwich instead of regular yellow Mustard and he was extremely rude to me and my family.

I received superior service today 9/15/20. 11 AM. I do not know the young man’s name he was not wearing a name badge. The customer service was second to none. It was such a refreshing change to get good customer service from a fast food restaurant. The sandwich was excellent and I was given extra napkins without even asking. I ordered a meatball sub and they tend to be kind of messy sometimes. Thank you. I will be back.

Wow! Carter Byron has the most exceptional customer service I have ever witnessed at any restaurant, period. He was very pleasant to be around. My sub was exceptional due to his mastery of sandwich art. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience.

This was a terrible experience. The bread was stale and hard, the spinach was slimey. They barely put veggies and spinach on the sandwich. I had to buy lettuce and veggies in Walmart to even make it edible. Don’t use this Subway they don’t know to make a sub.
