I’m writing this review into the great work that the people did at the store I had ordered from the store on Youngfield and roughly 38th ordered online went to the store to pick it up as I stated in their review nobody was there and still had not received a call back on the off chance I went to the next near store which is this one on Kipling and about a 70 Explain to my situation the people working the counter were gracious to call their manager, who was willing to help with the situation and guide us our order since we had already paid through the app and they said they would contact the other store to work out the details very very happy with these people and manager of the store five stars plus

I just came here to pick up an order and your employee just gave me the worst attitude when telling me someone already picked it up. As if he is the one who is being inconvenienced! MY rating takes a hit for cancellation when the first driver steals so maybe don’t just hand the orders out without a confirmation! Someone tell that little boy he needs to watch his tone and act professional! After all, he is probably the one who gave it away without confirmation!

This store is one of the most irresponsible stores when it comes to grub hub orders being picked up. Gave my order to another grub hub driver without ask customer name. SMH how sad. And what’s sad is that I’m a type 2 diabetic. And the employees have the worst customer service. Not all just a couple of them. Please fix this issue this not the 1 time. But I’m tired of the mistakes so now I’m writing a review.

I came in 20 minutes before closing for 4 foot long sandwiches. I understood it was getting close to closing and was trying my best to make my order easy and quick. I made it very clear what I wanted for bread and meat and toasted or not toasted. when the guy behind the counter misheard me he completely blamed me and told me I said tuna and not turkey for one of my sandwiches. He was so irritated with me. I profusely apologized and he abruptly asks “well do you want it or not I’m not gonna eat it !” I apologized again and said I’m so so sorry no I didn’t ask for that I don’t want it, where he then yelled across the store to a buddy in the corner if he wanted it. His buddy says one man’s trash is another man’s treasure and I just laugh it off with an extremely red face and tears in my eyes where still I had to complete my order for each sandwich. My daughter was with me, she asked why I apologized for him not hearing me right. I completed my order pretty stunned that I was treated so harshly for his mistake. I know I said the right thing, my daughter is 11 she’s very aware and knows what I said. I’m humiliated. I was treated terribly for absolutely no reason even after apologizing so much for something I didn’t even do. I don’t plan on going to this location anymore. Their service is bad no matter who’s there but this was inexcusable and crossing the line. Please hire people that can give even mediocre service at this point I’m letting everyone know not to go here.

Brown haired lady on the sandwich line during the night shift needs fired. She has ZERO customer service. She was completely rude the second we walked into this store. She purposely gave my boyfriend all the bad tomatoes and when asked to replace them with better ones she literally threw them to the side and made it seem like we were inconveniencing her by wanting fresh produce.
It just baffles me that she is willing to treat customers like that for no reason. She also is not very good about changing the produce out ….. multiple bins almost empty or left with browned veggies…..

Just got food, w employees at this location judged my friend for their sandwich. A larger White blonde woman and a shorter dark haired lady, neither had a name tag so I’m unsure of their names. I’m not usually the person to leave reviews but my friend ordered a sandwich and said she didn’t want it toasted and when she said that they jsut stared at her, and asked in a rude tone “You know it will be cold if you don’t toast it.” And she confirmed she didn’t want it toasted they gave a small shake of their heads before finishing making the sandwich. I jsut think it was very rude of them to do such a thing, they don’t need to be rude because someone’s preference.
