I stopped by this Dunkin’ this morning for breakfast, and it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The three women working the morning shift were extremely rude from the moment I walked in. They acted irritated that customers were even there, spoke with an attitude, and snapped back at people who asked simple questions about their orders.

Instead of being professional, they were openly talking back to customers and showing zero respect or basic courtesy. Their behavior created a hostile, uncomfortable environment for everyone waiting in line. It honestly felt like they went out of their way to be unhelpful.

Management seriously needs to address the staff’s attitude because this kind of treatment is unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.

I can’t speak about the food here because I rarely eat it, but the service is very inconsistent. I realize it’s early in the morning, but the woman at the counter needs to do a different job. She gave me such attitude this morning, no smile, nothing. I was the only one she gave attitude to too. I believe there is racial profiling going on here as well. The older woman however is very nice! Hopefully they’re able to get another staff member to work the front or I think it’ll deter a lot of “regulars” from coming to this Dunkin location.

Oh boy! First of all, David unfortunately isn’t the best at his job. He lacks any personality, complains constantly, and consistently messes things up.

In just five minutes, David made three things incorrectly. Even his coworker was over his attitude and lack of care.

I’m not one to complain, but maybe it was just an off day…. Fingers crossed

I order a hot tea and 2 donuts. The girl gave me my tea. I waited 10 min while uiur staff is fooling around inside. Had to bang on window. Need a manager. We are customers that show up all the time. Its not hard taking a order and hand it out. I am on the food business. I would fire them person. Customer are the ones that keep your doors open. Without us you have no business. Remember that

I ordered a coffee it was good and a bagel twist toasted with butter when I got my order the bagel twist didn’t look like it was toasted all the way and the butter appeared to look like it was spread different than I’ve had before like I saw some on the paper it came with and some on the bagel I was not impressed with it.

Do not come here if you have less than 30 minutes. Tried to order here 2 different days. Waited at the counter for a long time each time and was never helped. You are better off driving up the street for fast service.

Clean and calm Dunkin. Even with a few rushes, the two ladies on staff never got tripped up. Got my coffee and loaded hash browns freshly and perfectly made, bathroom was clean and wasn’t out of TP or soap, no nasty smell or sticky floor, also really liked the comfy armchairs. I hope the crew here is treated well, they do a good job

I want to start off saying this Dunkin’ Donuts is the worst ever. The workers are disgusting disrespectful I went there for a coffee to start my morning and ended up getting disrespected by supposedly the manager of this store Which her name is NASSIMA )I would not be spending my hard earning money in this place again me as a customer We deserve better customer service unfortunately, I have to give this placed a one star to post this if it was up to me, you wouldn’t be getting no stars Dunkin’ Donuts let’s do better. We need better management. Get rid of your supposedly management you have in the store NASSIMA………….

I came into this Dunkin at 8:20am. Two of the work employees was racially profiling me today. They greeted every none colored person with “Hi how are you” but when I went to the register with two young kids we were not greeted and gave me attitude when my child was ordering and said to a minor with a disability “ can you hurry up I have a line of people” eager to take the none colored customers instead. Me confronted the two staff members resulted them toeing a bag of donuts at myself. They should not be working in customer service and the colored members of Cheshire should be aware of these two. I am in the middle of getting results for these two individuals actions. Not only did the cameras in this establishment capture everything my child had it on video as well. I usually go to this location every morning before work because I enjoyed going and always polite. I feel very violated about this situation.
