Terrible experience. When I got there, they said they couldn’t see my order. Then went back and forth until they finally realized they did receive it. This is 10 minutes after pickup time. Once they started making my sandwich, they left out my double meat that I paid for until I had them look at the order. As my sandwich was being finished, I asked if they put the cheese on my sandwich, the worker said he put it on there. I get home to eat my sandwich and the cheese isn’t on there. Its one thing to not see the order come in, and me having to call them out on the double meat, and then being lied to my face. The staff is completely lazy and incompetent.

I gave them so many chances to make things right but they just plain suck. First none of them knows how to speak English second they are talking bad about u not know that I understand what they are saying in Spanish. They dont want to honor any coupons or deals cause they just dont how? Very very rude people?? I dont understand why the owners would allow this type of behavior from their employees?? I tip everytime and they still complain in Spanish cause its a doller? Don’t go here and if u do u will see and never go again!

Fist ordered on UberEats (2) 12 inch & cookies
Delivered (1) 6inch and chips
But my receipt on the bag was correct so called them said if I come in can they re make them they said yes
When I walk in I gave them the receipt and the wrong food.
They start to make my order again and 2 of them are working on my ticket but they are not communicating with each other and are both making the same sandwich…. 2nd time making my order still wrong … I gave up

This place has gone CRAZY! In past years I regularly got a breakfast sandwich on flatbread so I stopped to get one the other day – never again $12.43 for a 6″ breakfast sandwich! I was charged extra for egg, extra for bacon and even a “service charge”. Will not be back!

It’s Subway so everyone knows what they are getting. But the sandwich artists here are amazing. Seriously. The difference on whether its good or not truly depends on how well its prepped. Been here 4 times now and always its perfect. Never a mess always well spaced. I’ve been to bad subways and the sandwich is messy and unruly. Kills the whole thing. But here its been absolutely perfect time and time again. Shout out to the crew and management here for making this the best Subway I’ve been to. And I love me a sandwich so I’ve been to dozens of Subways. Now I will go out of my way to come here.

Only ordered dessert, was excited to try the new Cinnabon churros. These were cold, mm floppy, soggy, barely any cinnamon and sugar, and the dough had a weird chemical taste. Not sure what’s up here, but gross. Will try a different location to see if this was isolated experience, but only after I emerge from my churro-depression.

Its a subway, all subways are basically the same. My only critique of this location is they need to hire more people. Sometimes if 1 person is on break then it only leaves one person doing all the orders and online orders and it can take 10-15mins to get through the line.

To have that many people working and not a single person can take the time out to say hi welcome in or what can I help you with or even acknowledge you when you walk right to the counter is crazy. Service has always been great every time I’ve come in the past.

The workers there at 3:30pm today added on a tip without our acknowledgment and then proceeded to speak in Spanish to each other, “I just added the tip and told her she did it by mistake and I can’t change it because I’m not a manager.” We speak Spanish. If you needed $5 soooo bad, compensate with better service. So ridiculous.

For a subway, the service is fast, the staff knows what they’re doing (I used a coupon and they let me know what sandwiches I could/couldn’t get,) and they heated up my sandwiches and cookie too. Definitely the subway I will continue to go to in Aurora.
