DO NOT GO HERE! leaves your pick up order out to sit and melt. closes an hour early and very rude and disrespectful staff. if the sign says “open until 10pm” STAY OPEN UNTIL 10PM! Not 9PM and catch an attitude when you come complain about your melted order.

Every time I visit this Baskin N Robbins, the customer service is horrible. I sat in drive-through for 4 minutes and no one came on the mic. I drive to the window and they are just standing there. The customer service is horrible, not friendly, and very frustrating.

I have visited this BR several times this summer and requested the Unicorn Kids Ice cream and on several occasions including today the manager has said that there are no unicorn cups and that it becomes unicorn when we add sprinkles and that increases the price by $1.00. Yet that is not what the menu shows. I’m over the Bowie, MD Hall Rd store.
The menu clearly shows 3 different kid themed cups and this is the BR web description: The three lovable creatures, a Unicorn, Mermaid and Monster, cross over from their magical world into Baskin-Robbins shops through playful cup designs, an edible white chocolate topper and a colorful explosion of sprinkles.

Came to this location on Easter Sunday evening with my kid to get ice cream never again it was like I bothered them to order something then the dude threw my ice cream Sunday in the bag the girl taking my order seemed so bothered they will never get another cent of mine no one should have to pay for terrible service

Only this drive-thru is open at 7:30 pm when the store post being open until 9:00 p.m. Also, this store does not post anywhere the supposedly 31 flavors of ice cream available. That’s the least they could do for charging $4.50 for one scoop!

The staff at this particular B-R are very friendly. The ice cream & pastry products are always fresh. Parking is easy & they’ve a drive thru window. Prices are easy on the wallet.

This baskin robins shares with Dunkin’ Donuts. I like the lady that served us. She was nice and friendly and put up with me asking for samples because I wanted to try something new. I got a kids cone in cake cone and she was generous!

I went to the store looking forward to enjoying some ice cream and the dorr was locked at 8:20 PM. The door says it does not close until 10:00 PM so I was very disappointed. The worker inside seemed like he did not care and had a very nonchalant attitude.

Added way too much milk to milkshakes, presumably so they would blend without an immersion blender. It was like a cup of thick water. Would have been better off going to Wawa and using the Freal machine.
